Bewertung des Hauses "Zaunkönig" in Fuhlendorf

Das Haus riecht moderig und feucht,Heizung war außer Betrieb,Treppe ist Marke Eigenbau ohne Handlauf und nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder/Senioren. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet,es fehlen Küchenutensilien z.B. Topflappen, Untersetzer für Töpfe, Frühstücksbretter,Schneebesen u.v.m um vernünftig kochen zu können, Heizstab im Wasserkocher ist rostig,in der Bratpfanne löst sich die Beschichtung und die Backofentür ist lose außerdem riecht es in allen Schränken muffig. Im Bad fehlt es an Abstellmöglichkeiten und der Boiler ist so ungünstig installiert,so dass kleine und größere Menschen dagegen stoßen und er somit eine Unfallgefahr darstellt. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist nicht angemessen!!! An wen müsste man sich für Schadenersatz wenden? Ansonsten liegt das Objekt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ziemlich nah am Bodden, außerdem erreicht man Zingst, Stralsund, Wustrow und Rügen gut mit dem Auto!!

Leider war es sehr enttäuschend. Ausstattung war sehr primitiv. Aussensitzplatz nicht überdacht.Sehr ungemütlich. Da das Wetter leider nicht mitspielte, war es mit 4 Personen auch sehr beengt.Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre ein großer Vorteil.wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Kleines Haus Zaunkönig

Das kleine Haus Zaunkönig, mit allem was man braucht, liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in ca. 150 m lädt zum Baden eine Badestelle mit Sandstrand am Boddenstrand ein. Die Vermieter Fam. Ringel sind sehr nette, an der Natur interessierte Leute. Auf dem großen Grundstück kann man sehr schön ausspannen, lesen und Ausflüge die die Umgebung planen.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und sind begeistert. Die Bilder vom Haus und Grundstück, die hier veröffentlicht sind, werden vom Original weit übertroffen. Ein idyllisches kleines Haus im Grünen!
