About this property

Charming House with Amazing Views! Next to Marina and Tiki Bar

This home has four bedrooms and three baths. Private driveway for off street parking. Large deck overlooking marina and river with a view of the Blackhawk Bridge. Located directly across from City Marina and Tiki Bar. Dock your boat during the day at the public marina directly in front of home. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms come fully furnished with towels, bedding and dishes. There is a barbeque grill on deck for your enjoyment. Large screen TV with internet and movie channels. WIFI is included. 20 x 20 Great Room has ample seating and and an 8 person dining table to enjoy the view while you relax inside or on the deck. Fire pit available for use to warm your evening and roast marshmallows.

The house sits A=a short walk to down town shops, bars and eating establishments. Enjoy a walk along the river or on the levee. Watch the barges make the sharpest turn in the Mississippi under the Black hawk Bridge. Watch for Pelicans or Eagles that frequent the area, or try your hand at fishing off the docks or levee across the street.

Perfect Riverfront Getaway with Great Views and Location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The spacious living and dining area made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The view of the Mississippi River channel was a definite highlight, and we loved how close we were to the Tiki Bar and downtown—everything was within walking distance. We also rented a slip at the marina right across the street, which made boating super convenient. Highly recommend for a fun and easy riverfront getaway!

The perfect place to stay while you are in the charming city of Lansing! Wonderful home directly across from the marina. Communication was prompt and friendly. The home was spacious with every amenity you could possibly need. Thank you for the great weekend, we will definitely return!

Perfect spot for a weekend fishing trip. Multiple bedrooms with separate bathrooms. One main bath with shower. The street is fairly busy and not a lot of room for street parking but there are 2 spots and the small garage. Overall, great stay.

Perfect Midweek Getaway

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with a gorgeous Mississippi River view, then this is the place. House is well stocked with cookware, grill, towels, games, etc. This is a wonderful spot for tow-watching and riverboat watching. Quiet street (with an occasional freiggt train). Clean accommodations. Nicely maintained.

Nice Place

Stayed a few days and boated on the Mississippi. The house was nice and as per the listing. We weren't prepared for the train traffic (literally 50 ft in front of the house), especially when 2-3 trains passed during the nights, blowing their horns the whole time. Lansing is a nice little town with some decent restaurants. Overall, we will likely return to do it again!

Family Vacation

Location was great, and the views of the Mississippi are AMAZING! Our family enjoyed so much time relaxing and sitting on the deck watching the boats, barges & trains. The Tikki bar is directly across the street but not disrupting at all, even though it's super busy. The people watching added to our entertainment & we stopped over a couple times, very friendly staff. The house was stocked with all the household essentials we needed. Message responses from the owners were prompt. Would recommend.

This rental has a great view of the Mississippi River. There are stairs to the entrance which has a railing in need of repair as the bottom is rusting off. There isn't a motion activated light so trying to unlock door is difficult in the dark. Upon arrival, the main floors were unclean with dirt grass, hair, etc. Even after sweeping, feet were dirty. There were also some cobwebs in BR. We were assure it had been cleaned prior to our arrival so assuming this was an isolated case.

Perfect place for a small or larger group. Large family room and kitchen. A great deck to sit out on and watch the river. Bedrooms were nice with good bedding etc. We would recommend this to anyone.

It is located right across from the Tiki Bar and Marina. Enjoy the beautiful view from the deck or the all glass entertainment room with a glorious view of the main channel and the historic Blackhawk bridge. Evenings can be spent on the deck enjoying the view of the river.
