Studio includes kitchenette, full bath, king bed and sleeper sofa. The unit is available for 7 nights - Sunday, March 2 - Sunday, March 9. Underground parking comes with the unit.

Enjoy walking out your door to jump on the Park City Ski Resort town lift or to peruse the many shops and restaurants along the historic Main Street.

This unit is managed and maintained by the Marriot resort. Upon arrival, you will check-in at the Marriot front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if you had booked directly through the resort. The confirmation number will be provided upon making the reservation.

Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included. The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities.

Located downtown, steps from the Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more convenient! Also just steps away from Park City's free town shuttle, which services the whole Park City area including Deer Valley ski resort.

My family and I have owned our condos at Summit Watch for 20+ years. We live in Saint Paul, Minnesota and hate to miss our winter ski weeks in Utah. Unfortunately, this year, we have a conflict between Spring Breaks and won't be able to join the fun. We hope you will enjoy this condo at a roughly 30% discount of what it would cost to reserve directly.

Why they chose this property

In the past few years, all of the units have been renovated preserving the truly luxurious character of the units. The Marriot staff is highly professional and helpful. What we truly love about these condos is the LOCATION. You can hop on the town ski lift across the street and be at the top of Park City Mountain in less than 15 minutes.

Or you can walk out the door and be at the base of the Historic Main Street which includes wonderful shops and restaurants. The condo also comes with underground parking right beneath the condo. This is something we really value as it is very difficult to park in the old town.

Or you can walk across the street to catch the town shuttle which will bring up to Deer Valley resort (a quick 8 minute drive) to ski. This has been incredibly convenient in more recent years as my parents have reached their 80's and desire a more blue/green ski day.

What makes this property unique

The indoor/outdoor pool, the fitness center, and the 4 outdoor hot-tubs make this a true ski vacation. There is nothing better than sitting in an outdoor hot-tob with friends and family after a long day of skiing.

The resort also has daily activities posted that are great for families with kids. You can't go wrong!
