We had a great stay! The house was very clean and the location was convenient. We walked up to Penn Ave to get dinner and ice cream. I was able to take a longer walk to the Pitt campus one morning. The bathrooms were especially nice and it was so convenient to have one for each bedroom. There were also plenty of cooking supplies. The decor is modern and simple which gives the place a calm feel to it. I would stay again.

Frank is a great host- accommodating, flexible and quick to respond. My family stayed here for a big medical procedure and really appreciate the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the place as a whole, especially the bathrooms.

Great stay overall. Tons of room, amenities were great. Location outstanding. Parking in back was easy, street parking also easy. Host extremely responsive, helpful, and polite!Only 2 small notes. Carpet is showing some wear in some areas and the two twin beds were roll away beds in closets (took some time to figure out where). No big deal, but if you have full sized people this could be important.Great stay overall, would definitely stay again!!!

We stayed for 6 nights to be close to my grandson who had heart surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital. The location of the home was perfect for easy access to the hospital and the amenities such as the washer & dryer, and nicely appointed kitchen made the stay homey and comfortable. The area also has some great restaurants close by. The homeowner, Frank, was fantastic and was quick to respond to any and all requests.

Excellent stay!

Frank was great to work with and his place was just as advertised. It looked brand new inside and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms looked brand new, and the location was perfect. We would certainly stay there again!
