In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 20 minutes from the factory outlets and 30 minutes from Troyes and the Lacs d'Orient, come discover this country house located on the village square. You’ll enjoy a small, enclosed, private lot with a terrace and a pétanque court. On the first floor, the living area consists of a living room with a TV and a dining area, a small fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a master bedroom (160x200 bed) with a bathroom (shower + sink), a separate toilet, and an adjoining bedroom (90x190 bed). On the first floor, you’ll find two connecting bedrooms—one with a 140x190 bed and the other with a 90x190 bed—and a shared bedroom (4 beds, 90x190). Outside, there are 2 covered terraces with patio furniture, a lounge area, a ping-pong table, Molkky, a barbecue, and 2 private parking spaces in front of the cottage. Beds made upon arrival; linens provided (dish towels, tablecloths, placemats); heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price (within the limits of normal usage). End-of-stay cleaning included (except for business stays). Water softener.
