This rural "wedding venue" oriented property was just what we needed to spend some quality time together as siblings. Cyndi and Tim have the place fixed up nicely! We had but one small issue while there. Cyndi responded immediately and helped us resolve it. You couldn't ask for more accommodating hosts.The property is out in the country, with a curvy/hilly road as the only access to it. While this may be an issue for some, we felt like it actually added to the charm of the place. It is definitely on our "recommended" list as a place to spend a great time with the people you care about!

A Beautiful farmhouse in the Ozark Mountains that is 100% accessable for all people! Wheelchair users, walker users, or even those just looking for a peaceful place to get away. This home is everything you need!We are a Cila home (community integrated living arrangement ) for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and this home could not have been more perfect to fit our people's needs. It has a beautiful on suite bathroom that is hoyer or sit to stand capable with a built in shower chair and toilet with bars. Every bathroom has plenty of pull bars for anyone needing pull bars for transfers and numerous beds and a large open day area/ kitchen/dinning area and all doors and hallways are wide enough even for large power wheelchairs.The house is gorgeously decorated with a true farm house theme, and the property around the home is completely accessable as well to either see the beautiful mountain view or to feed Moses and Abel (the super cute donkeys) This is a home we definitely would return to year after year. Cyndi and Tim are the most thoughtful hosts! Greating us and making sure every little detail is in place and the most thoughtful things are included. They strive to make your stay as restful and peaceful as possible. They're kindness and hospitality outshine many. Hey definitely at top tier host !

Could not have asked for a better house. Completely handicap accessible inside and out. The house was set up perfect for family together time and the rooms were separate enough for everyone to enjoy their own space. Cyndi was absolutely amazing!

We recently stayed here for a family vacation, and it was the perfect choice for us. When booking, accessibility was our top priority, and this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is remarkably well-thought-out, particularly the bathroom and shower layout, which made the stay comfortable, safe, and stress-free for our whole group—especially for mom.Beyond the excellent accessibility features, the home itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained. We felt truly welcomed by our gracious hosts, who were wonderful throughout the entire process. We spent our final night enjoying a fireside sing-along, which was a highlight of the trip for all of us.I enjoyed all the little perfect places to take a cup a coffee and practice guitar outside. If you are looking for a property in the Branson area that combines high-end comfort with genuine, thoughtful accessibility, I cannot recommend this place enough. It provided exactly the environment we needed, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Cyndi and Tim were the best hosts! House was clean and the perfect fit for our family vacation. The kids loved all the animals and were so sad to say goodbye. Would recommend to everyone! Nice and peaceful location!

Our stay was an aboslute dream. We are a group home composed of nine clients and a few accompanying staff. One client is in a wheelchair and the entire property was so accommodating for her. From the accessible shower, to the outdoor fire pit, this farmstead is a must for anybody requiring accessibility and wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

A great location to be together as a family.We enjoyed our stay at Ivy Jean Farmstead very much. It is a lovely place in the midst of the Ozarks with great views. Our grand children loved it, especially being with the donkeys and the goats and petting them. There was so much to do for all of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Cyndi and Tim were wonderful hosts. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Family Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at the farm! The grandkids thought we were staying at Silver Dollar City, as it was decorated and lit up much like the theme park. We loved petting and feeding the farm animals. Every little detail made this the perfect place to stay!

Great Place!

Cyndi and Tim are wonderful people, and my family and I greatly enjoyed staying on their property! There were plenty of beds and separate rooms for our family of 10 to sleep comfortably. Everything was clean and exactly as listed. The kids also loved going to see the goats and donkeys!

The house easily accommodated my family and I. There's a lot of areas outside to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The animals were so cute and we honestly didn't hear them much in the mornings. The hosts were super nice and helpful and fun to talk to. My daughters loved going to get eggs out of the chicken coop. The cove down the street was so fun to swim in and we had it to ourselves both times we went. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

Beautiful place

I can't say enough good things about this property. Very clean and well kept up and lots of lots of room. We had a great time with family cooking out, roasting marshmallows, playing games and attending a show in Branson. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing for family reunion

The house is absolutely wonderful for our family reunion. There is so much space to spread out indoors and outdoors. It was beyond relaxing and the views are amazing. The owners are wonderful and helpful with anything you need. I would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect Family Retreat

Our extended family (6 adults, 2 children and a toddler) enjoyed a wonderful stay at Ivy Jean's. We had plenty of space for everyone and lots of room for outdoor activities. A fork of Table Rock Lake is just down the road with a small cove where we fished and explored in the kayak. The farm animals were a bonus for the kids! Highly recommend this little farm for a family escape.

This place was extremely clean and decorated so cute! The hosts, Tim and Cyndi were super nice and friendly! We enjoyed visiting with them as well! Such an interesting couple. We hit it off with them right away. The house and yard was extremely handicapped accessible. Our daughter with a walker was able to access the whole yard, and all of the house except for one loft bedroom. She was able to enter and exit the house easily by herself. She was able to visit the farm animals without help. Our children loved playing the extra large outdoor jenga, and the cornhole. They were able to play outside in the rain because of the extremely large covered pavilions. (Two of them). Our children loved the miniature donkeys, the goats, the dogs, and the cat. The house itself was huge with lots of bathrooms and beds. Everything was decorated country with lots of homemade quilts hanging everywhere. The landscaping, flowers, water fountains were beautiful with the sounds of frogs croaking everywhere. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and our hosts provided lots of wood for it. The backyard view was beautiful with a large wooden cross that we took pictures by. This farm is great for large families, special need families, family get togethers, retreats, and they also do weddings! Very reasonably priced wedding venue I might add. Come and visit this place. You won’t be sorry.

Comforts of Home

Tim & Cyndi were absolutely amazing. The house had more than enough room for our 3 families. It had the comforts of home. The outdoor areas are so spacious and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. If we ever come back we would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

What an amazing place to take a moment and reconnect with family. I’m still not sure how our hosts were able to que the squirrels, bunnies and deer to appear each morning of our stay. This place exceeded every expectation I had, and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. You offered an ideal location to create memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Wonderful Stay!

There were six of us on this vacation and we had plenty of room and loved our stay. The property is beautiful and just a true paradise. We couldn't have been happier with everything. The only downside was that we only stayed for a week. Close enough to Branson to go whenever you want, but far enough away to not deal with the "tourist" aspect of the city. I do feel bad for Cyndi the owner because the donkeys clearly loved me more by time we left haha.
