This dual rental consists of 2 separate 3-bedroom condos, both in the same building, so that you can travel with a large group while having the luxury of space and privacy. Set against a unique rock formation, this property boasts private outdoor spaces for each unit that make for an idyllic spot to enjoy morning coffee or relaxed meals at the provided café tables. The condos have been fully updated with modern decor and are equipped with amenities to make your stay deeply restful. You are only a short drive from famous Branson attractions and Table Rock Lake, plus you can take a dip in the community pool between your many adventures. Come and experience a truly special vacation at this one-of-a-kind getaway!
Each condo features a cozy living room, furnished to feel like your home away from home with plush couches and a smart tv. Your indoor leisure time is sure to be a peaceful retreat here, plus just steps away you have convenient access to fully updated and equipped kitchens. From stainless steel appliances to cookware and coffee makers, you’ll have everything you need to whip up meals for your group to share in the comfort of your own private space.
This condo duo sleeps a total of 14 guests between the units’ 6 combined bedrooms (3 per unit).
The Moab unit has a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to its 3 private bedrooms.
- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and smart tv.
Country Farmhouse also has 3 private bedrooms.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 1 unit is a walk-up requiring the use of stairs, the other is a walk-in unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available for each unit (4 total spaces).
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- The home is not pet friendly.
- Each unit has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer provided in each unit.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It was clean and nice for a quick vacation with our kids and older parents. It was a little basic but nice for the price (we booked a little late). We would stay here again. We were close to everything. If you are a walker, there are nice roads with hills, but also a couple of trails nearby.

Check in was very easy and communications was good. Beds were great. Space was great. Only complaint is there could be some more hooks for towels. And some WD40 on the upstairs doors. Thanks for a great stay
