Stunning home on 7 acres with 5400sf of indoor/outdoor living space

Newer Luxury Property that is unique, peaceful and near the heart of the amazing Black Hills! Our home has 3500 sq ft of beautiful indoor living space and a 1900 sq ft spectacular outdoor covered patio. The design of the home makes it ideal for family reunions, a large gathering of friends, business retreats, etc…
After enjoying the day exploring all of what the Hills has to offer or just hiking the 3 plus trails on the wooded 7 acres, you can relax on the patio where you can either grill, have ribs in the smoker or make hotdogs for the kids on the hotdog roaster. Enjoy a beverage at the very large bar or sitting and watching the 2 outdoor TV’s. Morning, evening or anytime of the day is a perfect time for soaking and enjoying the view in the Salt water Hot tub!
Head inside to what we like to call the Buffalo Lounge! It is a fun place to sit back and enjoy a drink or play a game of cards; make popcorn and watch TV or just relax by the wood burning fireplace.
Where do families like to spend time? Around the island in the large kitchen that has both a gas range and electric oven for those big family gatherings. The kitchen/ living room/dining room combination has a very large open floorplan with a vaulted ceiling. You can also enjoy TV or gather around the fireplace.
When it’s time to say goodnight, you can choose from 5 different bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk-in shower and closet. 3 bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and a full over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. Sleeps up to 15 people plus if you are very adventurous there is a hide-a-bed out on the covered patio.
There are 3 bathrooms and a 4-stall garage with one of the stalls being used as a rec area for the kids to hangout! One more added bonus, there is a sauna.
The house is centrally located in the Hills. You are 8 miles to Custer State Park, 17 miles to Mount Rushmore, 25 miles to Rapid City and close to historical Keystone, Hill City, and Custer.

This property was wonderful. We enjoyed all the room to spread out and all the amenities that were available. The house was very clean and rustic modern with plenty of beds for a very large group. The outdoor area was amazing, also. My family enjoyed watching tv from the hot tub. If we are ever back in South Dakota, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! We traveled as a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 tweens and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was not ready at check-in but everything was very clean. The kids loved the outdoor games and fire pit. It was a great spot after a long day of sightseeing

We had a wonderful time. The property seemed more like a home than a rental property. Excellent condition, well appointed, very clean and all of the amenities that are listed are great. Location is close to lots of destination spots. We would recommend and come back to this property.

This is truly an exceptional property. It was perfect for our multigenerational family and friends week together. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the house clean, fully stocked, and has amenities for everyone: hot tub, patio for lounging, yard games, indoor games, a bar, spacious kitchen! Centrally located made getting to western SD attractions easy. I cannot say enough good things about this house. Thank you for allowing our family to make happy memories in this space!

Time to make this an annual trip!

This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as our first visit. I guess we have to do it again! The property is well located with a short drive to visit all the area’s attractions. The property itself has so much to do- hiking trails, hot tub, outdoor games and a huge covered patio. The inside is very clean and modern. I highly recommend!

The most fabulous stay

The property looked beautiful in the photos, but in person it’s even more gorgeous and spacious. The home is well stocked with everything that you could think of or need. We loved getting our coffee in the morning and sitting out on the covered patio while the deer and the wild turkeys came up to it. The owners are so readily available to respond to anything that might come up or any questions. I would highly recommend this property to anybody. I hope we can come back here again.

Such a beautiful property

We stayed at this beautiful home in South Dakota for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. The kitchen and bar were incredibly well stocked. We especially loved the stunning views and the fantastic outdoor living space — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. No issues at all during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a family getaway!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! This house was immaculate. We cannot stress enough how clean this house was...thoroughly impressed! This was a great hub to see all the nearby attractions. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. Jeff and Laura were wonderful prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this house!!!
