¡Venta de verano! - La mejor ubicación y la más cercana a la playa - Una habitación

Como residentes de Maui, mi esposa y yo de verdad se puede decir que no hay mejor lugar para vivir o vacaciones de Maui Banyan. Compramos nuestro apartamento con un objetivo a largo plazo en mente; jubilación más tardía pero divertido ahora. Fuimos de compras innumerables personas en todo Maui hasta encontrar el Banyan. Una vez que hicimos nos esperó hasta el apartamento perfecto estaba disponible. Algunos puntos de interés en caso de que decidan vivir en nuestra casa por unos días mientras estamos fuera. Estamos literalmente a menos de 90 pies de Kamaole Beach 2, (que es una de las pocas playas de Maui con un socorrista), a cuatro minutos de la pista de tenis, a tres minutos a pie de una de las piscinas privadas, (el otro se trata de un niño de seis minutos a pie) ya cinco minutos a pie de los jardines. Al salir del complejo excelentes restaurantes y tiendas locales se trata sólo de un cinco a diez minutos a pie por S. Carretera Cordoba (que es a lo largo del océano). Si va a coger el coche, los hoteles y tiendas de Wailea (el Beverly Hills de Maui) están a un corto unidad de ocho minutos de distancia. ¡Bienvenido al paraiso!

Beautiful Condo! We loved it!

This is a beautiful condo with a great location. It is directly across from the beach and near to shopping and dining. The location is central to most activities on the island. The place is well furnished and has everything you need: full kitchen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again. The owner is great and communicates well. The only minor downside is parking. The spaces for the building are often taken and we had to hunt for parking in the main parking garage.

Loved this cozy condo. The host was great with communication and even left chocolates upon arrival. Fantastic location! Will definitely visit again❤️ chairs and umbrella was Awesome!

Amazing Maui family vacation

From the moment this condo was booked it has been smooth sailing. Jacques was very communicative and quick to respond. We had a group of about 4 families all staying in different condos in the Maui Banyan and Jacques was the only host to email us the change in the pool code half-way through our trip! Phew! We brought our 2 kids, and they slept great on the large couch. I will say, there is not much privacy in that condo- just how it is laid out in general- so we got creative when it came to changing into swimsuits. And the sliding doors could get a bit sticky to open- especially the one in the bedroom. Otherwise it was an amazing trip and I truly enjoyed having my coffee on the lani every morning looking at the ocean. Thank you for hosting your condo for our family vacation :)

We were so delighted to stay at your lovely condo. Your personal touches made our stay so enjoyable! We just couldn’t get over the beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets, right from the lanai! Incredible!!!

Great Location

We love this unit. From the moment we enter B201, receiving a personalized note and some yummy treats, to the day of our departure, this unit feels like our home away from home. We have stayed here two years in a row, and there are many reasons why. The unit is very clean and comes with everything we need to enjoy a day at the beach.......high quality beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards. The Maui Banyan is a large complex, and we have stayed in many of the buildings through the years. Our preference is always to stay on the second floor of Building F or B, as we like being close to the beach. We can see the beach from the lanai. The proximity to Kama'ole Beach 2 is amazing. We can't get closer! It's nice to have the luxury of walking across the street if we require anything from the condo. Drink, snack, snorkel......you name it! At sunset, we just walk across the street to enjoy those incredible Maui sunsets. The vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans keep the unit cool. We don't turn the A/C on, but prefer to leave the patio doors open so we can hear the ocean all day and night. The evening BBQs at the pool and the amazing people we meet there only add to the experience. We find it a great opportunity to learn and share about places/adventures with others and then hear the reviews a few days later. We love Kihei. We are so close to so many amazing beaches......the Kama'ole Beaches, Ulua Beach, Keawakapu Beach, Big Beach........the list goes on and on. If we go snorkeling at any of them, we are guaranteed to see an amazing array of tropical fish and Honu (sea turtles). We will stay in this unit again as it offers everything we are looking for. Perfect condo for our vacation!

This condo was fantastic for our eight days on Maui! Jacques and Ronda took great care to make the condo comfortable, stylish, and extremely efficient! Anything we needed, from boogie boards to extra soap was thought of. The condo was right across from the beach and really in a great location to be able to walk to town as well. Thank you you so much for a wonderful week and we can't wait to return as soon as we can!

Always a perfect stay

This condo has become our holiday home away from home & our fourth year staying here proves this ... We love the close proximity to the beach and the lovely spacious lanai. Views of the whales & activities on the beach as well as close walk to the pool are our biggest draw. The unit is fully equipped and always being beautifully improved each year with lovely touches throughout- attention to detail is priority for these owners. We are already planning on returning to Maui next year and will continue to stay in this unit - we can't wait.

Amazing place!

The place was awesome and as advertised. First off, the lanai was great. The furniture on the lanai was perfect. The view was good, but there was a big tree in the way blocking the sunset, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The lanai also had a big metal box for all the beach stuff. The place had a ton of beach stuff like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels for 2 adults and beach mats. Some of the beach items were a little worn, but were still usable. There were also items for floating, and kids (beach toys, sand castle building stuff), but we didn't use it. Inside, everything was great and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom and living room had huge windows to allow a lot of light in. It also had blackout curtains, which was AWESOME. As someone who is easily woken up by light, it was perfect. I did wish there was some type of sheer curtains to allow light in with some privacy, but we made it work. The laundry machines in the unit were super nice to have, and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was well lit and nice for cooking. They have most major appliances (minus a rice cooker), with plenty of room for prep. The living room furniture was nice and comfortable. I noticed a pull out bed in the sofa, but I did not try it out. The AC is in the living room area, and saved us a couple of nights. The front door has a screen you can pull down and it was really nice to use for a cross breeze. The location was great! The grounds were well maintained. It was nice to have the communal BBQ not that far from the door. Parking was good. At first it was annoying to have to backtrack to the parking lot in order to get to the beach, but we got used to it. Getting to Kam 2 took less than 3 minutes, from door to beach. Kam 2 was never crowded, which was amazing. We would go there for our beach time, and when we watched the sunset. Down the street, less than 5 minutes of walking led to a strip mall which was nice. Down the highway (inland highway) was the Maui Brewing company. That place was awesome. I highly suggest it! The owners were great. They were responsive and quick to get back to us if we had any questions. We would recommend this place to any of our friends, and when we come back, we definitely will consider this place if we were staying in the area. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

A Perfect Break from Work

Ronda and Jacques set the stage for a very relaxing break from a work trip--from the flowers and the welcome letter when we arrived to the most well-stocked kitchen of any VRBO to date. This condo really is the best location. The beach is across the street (chairs, towels, and any accessories are in the condo). There's a natural foods market a couple of blocks away and a full grocery just a few blocks beyond that. Grab some shave ice and watch the whales in the distance while the sun sets over the ocean. Stop by Maui Brewing's tap room for crowlers and enjoy a beer on the lanai; it's better than any restaurant's patio nearby. I rarely want to stay in the same place on a return trip, and this is the exception. Thanks for a wonderful time!

May 31 Maui vacation

Unfortunately the day my parents arrived my mother got stuck in the washroom because the door jammed and Appearently is a known problem. However they did open up the other side of room so they can access the washroom there. The condo was little too dark for their liking and no elevators in that building which makes it hard for my 60 year old parent to get their luggage up . The location is great but the lanai does not directly face the beach. Its on the side of the building. When we arrived there was notice that the lower pool would be closed from June 2 to the 6. It would of been a nice gesture to know in advance. Luckly there was an upper pool. They were nicely greeted with a written note and a box of chocolates and water. They were prompt to try to rectify the washroom situation and had plastic plates to use by the pool side. Overall it wasn't too bad but it really set the mood due to the washroom situation. They were also nice enough to let my parents have a late check out because they're flight was later in the evening. Again the owners were nice and prompt to resolve the problem.

Awesome spot

We stayed for 4 nights in late March, We very much enjoyed this generously equipped 1 BR condo with everything we could have asked for. Bed is comfy too. And the proximity to a nice beach (right across the street) really is unbeatable! Booking again for next year :)

Lovely spot, will rent again

I'm just back from a week at this property and already miss the place. The deck is lovely, with a great view of the beach and morning light. There's a nicely equipped kitchen and several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Home away from home

Jacques was very responsive when it came to questions we had for our stay, very organized. When we got to the condo, everything was set up, clean, we were very impressed with the layout and how close the beach was. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, we even found lunch boxes, perfect when we made sandwiches to go for our trip down to Hana. The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, its like a hotel bed. The location was perfect, restaurants down the street, a convenience store where I bought a bag of Maui Style chips, super good! The condo made us feel like home, which we kind of missed, given that this was our honeymoon. We sometimes would stay in and hang out, it was perfect for the two of us. There is also a washer and dryer, perfect for keeping things clean and organized, and tons of towels! We love Maui and would definitely come back and stay at this condo. Sonya & Francis

Great Holiday!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo was very clean and well stocked. In particular, we really took advantage of the beach chairs, especially since the beach was just across the street!
