The Art Nouveau Villa "Villa Anna Isole Borromee" from 1908 is located about 1.9 km above Baveno and the beautiful lakeside promenade and the ship berth. Many excursion destinations can be reached with the passenger ferry. The train station of Baveno is just 2 km away. By train, B. the heart of Milan in about an hour. It is also a privileged and quiet panoramic position with a breathtaking view of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains. During the careful restoration of the listed Art Nouveau villa, the structure of the old façade was preserved or restored.
