- upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,

- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, wifi, games for all ages,
- radiators, smoke detector,
- secure vehicle access at residence entrance, parking space.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
