About this property

A private and fenced pool villa near the sea

In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in the Villa Anamaria! Minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, fully fenced and hidden from all views features a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just steps above the pool. And for all the delicious meals, a charcoal grill is right here!

The interior is completely air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, and along with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 11 people. We also have child cots if needed. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace there is a wonderful view to the garden.

Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only a few minutes away. The nearest beach in Rabac is only 8 km from the house. There is plenty of parking space on the beach. Front of the house has safe parking places for 6 cars. WLAN is available for free for our guests!

Getrennte Wohnungen und Fliegen ohne Ende

Leider waren es nicht wie angenommen zwei seperate getrennte wohneinheiten was einen Urlaub gemeinsam in einem Haus komplizierter macht. Und es sind wirklich ständig hunderte fliegen da, vermutlich durch den nachbarn ( bauer) nebenan. Einige Sachen waren defekt wie steckdose aussen, lampe oder geräte. Wasserboiler wurde in der zweiten Woche repariert. Alles in allem schon schönere Häuser gehabt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus. Haben von hier aus super Ausflüge unternommen und auch die Zeit im Garten am Pool gehabt.

Insgesamt ein super Objekt und nur zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren auch super nett. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es keine Fliegennetze gibt. Es gab sehr viele Fliegen und Mücken.

Topvakantie in een tof huis in de perfecte regio!

We waren twee koppels met Kids van verschillende leeftijden... we hebben allemaal genoten van een topvakantie. Het huis was prima in orde. Geen overbodige luxe maar wel in orde! Mss een minpuntje geen vliegenramen desondanksaangezien er veel muggen zijn! Maar huis is een goede uitvalbasis om veel te gaan bezoeken. We raden dit huis zeker aan! Groetjes

Schöne Woche

Wir hatten im Objekt eine sehr schöne Woche. Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen gibt es viele Fliegen. Da konnten wir uns aber entsprechend behelfen. Der Pool wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt und überprüft. Richtig gut. Manche Gegenstände (Sonnenschirm, Lounge) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem aber ein Top Haus. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen .

Zeit genossen

Umzäunt ist die Villa nicht, unser Hund war jeden Tag auf der Jagd nach freilaufenden Hühnern, gab's jede Menge Ärger mit den Nachbarn. Und heraushängende Steckdosen haben uns gestört, vor allem wegen Kleinkinder. Ansonsten schöner Urlaub gewesen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus etwas außerhalb von Labin. Das Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen aufgeteilt, die mit allem ausgestattet sind, was man braucht. Vor allem der Garten mit Pool war ein Traum. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die vielen Fliegen und Stechmücken.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool!

Es ist alles vorhanden um unvergessliche Tage zu erleben. Das Haus ist groß, die Schlafzimmer modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und ein Kindergartenkind und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte genug Platz um sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Oben riesige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (2 und 3 Betten), 2 Bäder, großes Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Unten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern ( 2 und 3 Betten ), kleinem Duschbad (die Abstellfläche darin könnte besser/ mehr sein) und eine Wohnküche. Schade, dass es keine Verbindung im Haus gibt zwischen oben und unten gibt. Hilfreich wäre es, zwei Schlüssel für oben und zwei Schlüssel für unten zu haben. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären sehr von Nöten! Das würde das Haus noch perfektionieren und die Stechmücken innen reduzieren. Auch wäre es super, wenn wieder ein Sonnenschutz über die Perkula gespannt wird, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns zwar mit den Sonnenschirmen von den Poolliegen ausgeholfen, war aber nicht so praktisch. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Strände/Buchten. Mit dem Auto in ca. 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Stadt Labin erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca 5-10 min. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte (Lidl/Plodine) und in der Altstadt kann mann abends wunderbar Essen und verweilen. Rundum ein wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen! Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal.

Sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt mit 8 Personen zu Besuch und haben jede einzelne Minute genossen. Nachdem wir die vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen haben, sind wir auf die Fliegen und den Biohof nebenan vorbereitet gewesen. Es war alles nicht so schlimm. Mit einer Fliegenklatsche (elektrisch in unserem Fall) und konsequentem Schließen der Türen und Fenster kann man die Insekten draußen halten. Ansonsten sind die 2 Wohnungen sehr schön, es fehlte an nichts (selbst wenn ist der Supermarkt fast „um die Ecke“). Der Pool ist für uns ein kleines Highlight gewesen. Hatten wir mal keine Lust zum Strand zu fahren, sind wir einfach in den Pool gesprungen. Rundum einfach ein sehr,sehr schöner Urlaub.

Luxus abseits vom Massentourismus

Ein schönes Haus mit super Pool außerhalb vom Ortszentrum Labin. Das Haus hat zwei separate Wohnungen. Die bereits mehrfach angesprochenen vielen Fliegen kommen vom „Bio-Bauern“ nebenan. Ansonsten ist es ein ruhiges Idyll für Eltern und Kinder. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in Ferienhaus was super. Alles sauber und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das einzige Minus an dem Haus sind die mindestens 1000 Fliegen die draußen wie drinnen sind. Da ein Bio Bauer direkt neben an sein Grundstück hat. Es wäre super wenn an alle Fenster Fliegengitter montiert werden können. Sonst 2a5

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Patricija und ihr Sohn haben uns herzlich empfangen und Patricija war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus und der große Pool sind ein absoluter Traum. Ruhe und Privatsphäre rund um die Uhr. Alles war sauber und es waren die wichtigsten Utensilien zum Kuchen u.Ä. vorhanden. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Hundehalter: der Zaun ist nicht rundherum geschlossen, es gibt mehrere nicht abgegrenzte Bereiche. Alles in allem: top, gerne wieder!

Wir waren das erste mal in dieser Gegend und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war mit allem Komfort sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Da der tolle Pool da war, hat es uns kaum ans Meer gezogen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Rigtig dejligt hus

Perfekt hus og pool , vi var 9 personer og der var rigeligt plads , gode senge , rent og pænt . Værten tog imod os og forklarede om huset , omegnen , indkøb osv . Hvis jeg skal påpege noget er det at naboen har dyr og dermed er der fluer , værten kan intet gøre , men alt ialt en rigtig dejlig uge og kan klart anbefales Kroatien er så smukt et land og man bliver som Dansker overvældet over bjergene og det grønne tæppe af skov der dækker
