Spacious lodging with enough beds for our large family. Was in a convenient location for us to stay while cleaning out our father’s house. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. They were nice enough to let us extend our originally scheduled stay.

An absolutely charming and unforgettable 3 night stay on Main street in an authentic small town in Kansas! This VRBO is a true gem in the heart of downtown- a re-imagined former business building (a donut shop) . It blends historic character with modern comforts perfectly, making it the ideal retreat for a weekend getaway. I couldn't have asked for a more unique or relaxing place to stay in this small town..... where my husband spent his childhood.The space is incredibly unique—a large open concept room with 6 beds, a living room area with unique furniture reflecting the owners’ love of Indian/Western design (The Red Buffalo Lodging). The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and the Decor made it feel like a home away from home. It had all the charm of a Boutique Inn but with complete privacy.

Great place in historic building.
We had a fun visit. The building is so nice and very clean. Quite unique! Mary was a wonderful host who took good care of us. Thanks for the excellent Red buffalo coffee.

Wonderful lodging in a small town
It was so good! Big ceiling fans, high ceiling, very comfortable. I chose the Gallery as a special treat for my wife and daughter, and they were so surprised. We really liked it. Highly recommended.

Check in process was simple. Plenty of space for the purpose of our stay. We had a small party stay here, but a larger party may want to be mindful of only one small bathroom. Just plan accordingly if staying with a group over 3 people. The kitchen provided a microwave and refrigerator. No stove or over or kitchen sink. But, we didn't need an over, but would have liked a kitchen sink, but it wasn't the end of the world. Overall we like the place and will stay again in the future. Very good location in the center of Sedan.

Small town vibe
Sedan’s small town atmosphere is super accessible at this historic building. Once an art gallery and once a donut shop, it sits directly on the main strip. Walk to all the shops, grab some sweets or coffee with ease. Enjoy your stay.
