It comprises a 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a sleeping area, two bathrooms (with bath) and three shower rooms (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared 2-hectare garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room with sofas, armchairs and a dining area. This room opens onto a large solid oak kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
- Le Chêne: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower and WC)
- Le Marronnier: a 24 m² lounge with TV, sofa and fireplace. On the mezzanine, a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom (with spa bath and WC)

On the first floor:
- La Champagne: consisting of two bedrooms connected by a sliding door, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet
- Les Bruyères: a 160 x 200 cm double four-poster bed and a bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Fontaine d'Argent: two 90 x 200 cm single beds with a bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared 11m x 6m swimming pool, open from May to September. It is covered by an electric dome and fenced around the perimeter with a gate.
- A 75 m² private terrace facing south/west with furniture to enjoy sunny days. Barbecue available.

The house is ideally located in Fère-en-Tardenois, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (6 vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- The nearest TGV stations are in Bezannes or Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, just over an hour away by car.
- Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away via the N2 motorway.
