About this property

Detached 3½-room house with garden in quiet and sunny panoramic position

The detached, about 70 m² large 3½-room house "Carpe Diem" is situated in a quiet and sunny low altitude position about 1 km from the town center of Brezzo with its shops, bars and restaurants. In about 1.5 km away, there is a tennis court (for a fee) in the Belmonte resort, as well as a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool. The use of the pool is free of charge and taking into account the weather of approx. Mid May to approx. Possible at the end of September (the key can be found in the house). The tastefully furnished house was renovated in 2015 and offers you an inviting outdoor area with a ca 30 m² corner terrace and a 700 m² enclosed garden. From the inside as well as from the outside you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains up to the Sugar Loaf Mountain of Caldé and the Monte Rosa Massif in the Western Swiss Alps. There is free Wi-Fi internet access to navigate the internet. You park your car either in the car park at the garage in front of the house (15 steps to the house) or on the additional parking space above (20 steps). Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt mit Verspätung, keine Info von der Agentur vor Ort. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung reichlich. Wobei die Küchenausstattung mal durchforstet werden müsste, da viele Sachen mehrfach vorhanden sind und einige Sachen davon defekt sind.Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die separate Toilette nicht nutzbar sei. Am Morgen mussten wir feststellen, dass im 2ten Badezimmer die Dusche nicht funktionierte. Nach Reklamation kam ein Hausmeister, der sich der Sache angenommen hat und es "notdürftig" repariert hat. Dienstags morgens standen unangekündigt um 08.00 Uhr Arbeiter im Garten und hatten alle Tore offengelassen. Mit Hund war dies natürlich nicht ideal.Es wurde ein Unkrautvernichter auf der Terrasse versprüht und auf den Zugangswegen. Da nach unserer Abreise niemand mehr im Objekt gebucht war, hätten die Gartenarbeiten auch um 1 Woche nach hinten geschoben werden können.2 Tage vor Abreise kam aus der Dusche im 2ten Bad nur noch kaltes Wasser, also alle Personen durch ein Bad. Terrassenmöbel sind sehr hochwertig, ideal Geschirr- spüler und Waschmaschine. Insgesamt empfehlenswert auch wenn an der Sauberkeit und im Umgang mit angezeigten Mängeln, defekte Leuchtmittel, einiges verbessert werden könnte. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende.

Emplacement superbe mais très déçu une fois entrés à l'intérieur.

Vacances gâchées par une location dont la maintenance ne semble pas être la priorité .A notre arrivée : - 3 volets roulants manuels sur quatre détraqués, - la résidence semble avoir de gros problème d'évacuation des eaux usées dans la mesure où l'évacuation des toilettes fait gargouiller l'eau de la baignoire - ménage laissant à désirer, moustique écrasé contre le mur de la chambre à coucher non nettoyé, fonds de la cuvette des toilettes pas propre, - pelouse absolument pas entretenue. La personne désignée par l'agence de location a été avertie dès notre arrivée des problèmes des volets, un ouvrier est venu le 5ème jour après notre arrivée pour ,ENFIN, réparer un SEUL VOLET sur trois. L'agence de location a été prévenue par la personne que tout était réparé, ce qui est faux et au moment de notre départ tout restait dans l'état. Nous avons conseillé à l'agence d'intervenir auprès de la propriétaire pour effectuer de sérieux travaux de maintenance pour justifier le tarif de la location.

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr schön. Die Bäder gehören mal auf Vordermann gebracht. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön Modern. Die Terasse mit dem Ausblick war super. Die Küche war ausreichend. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung. Gerne wieder

Toller Aufenthalt

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, für Hunde perfekt. Zum See sollte man das Auto benutzen, wegen der Hitze. Nach Luino mit dem Auto 5 Minuten.Viele günstige Restaurants, super Urlaubsort. Für Radsportler perfekt.

Tolles Außengelände!

Ein wirklich tolles Außengelände mit überdachtem Sitzbereich, freistehendes Haus mit großem eigenen Garten (komplett umschlossen für Hunde). Seeblick. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in maccagno in der Nähe. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads ist sehr unkompliziert und schön.
