Electric heating in the living room only. Barbecue in extra. Uncovered terrace included garden furniture with 1 table and 4 chairs.

A deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival (by bank imprint). It will not be cashed and will serve as a security deposit for accommodation and cleaning.
