Im sorry you feel that way. The house is advertised as a pool home and never was a house with a golf course view. The grill is not there any more due to an incident this winter. So only that changed since you booked a year ago I guess no bonus points for early entrance to the house.

Guest arrived and said the house is great. He also asked about how the hot tub works at 8:30 pm. I answered the next day at 8:34 am. The hot tub is inside the master bathroom and outside is an overflow in the pool. At 10:12 he asked if it’s possible to get the bbq out of the garage, the car is too close to get the grill around it. I answered at 6:23 pm that for insurance reasons there is no bbq available, sorry about that. ( it was not on the website offered) and is also not allowed in all pasco county. Guessed answered it was a big let down , but we will make our way through it. No further conversation was made. 3 days after his stay I contacted him and told him the house was left nice and tidy and thanked him for that. We did have to repair the sprinkler by the driveway. (He didn’t tell us about it) We also saw them carying out the bbq over the classic car to get it out of the garage. ( he also did not tell us about that) and broke the gasline moving it. So the guessed never told us about any damages , my response time was not 24 hours , the kitchen has more than 3 pots ( 3 frying pans 5 assorted size pots with covers 1 huge sauce pan 1 air fyer 2 baking trays and rack for a roast. ) The sprinklers are in a normal place where everyone has them. That was just an accident. Just ignoring the bbq rule and damaging it is not respectful to the house
