Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place thermostat temperature to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE ! We have place the furniture where we want it so do not change it! There will be a $250 extra charge if we have to move back!!
Please be courteous and allow the pool cleaners to do their job. They come on Mondays and the name of the company is Florida Pool Defenders.

I am originally from Providence, Rhode Island, but I moved down to Florida in 1987. I grew up around this area before leaving for the Army in 2001. Went on to serve 8 years before getting out. After the Army I decided to join the Merchant Marines and work on the oil rigs for 12 years as Subsea Engineer. I came back to the area and decided to become a host.

This neighborhood is a great area. It is a quiet golf course community with great neighbors.

What makes this property unique

I think what makes my property stand out is the fact of having 2700sqft on one level. I work in the new construction industry and most homes with that footage are 2 stories.
