Relax in our spacious house, from where you can easily experience the picturesque Costa Del Sol with all its attractions. Malaga, Marbella & Gibraltar are not far from our house. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea from our private roof terrace. This recently renovated home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen. The House:
Flooded with sunlight, warm, modern Spanish furnishings and comfort await you on arrival. When furnishing our house, we tried to give our guests the feeling of a second home.

The ground floor is designed as an open living area with large glass windows and doors.

Living room:

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Every meal can be prepared here, from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner for the whole family:

On the ground floor you will also find one of our three terraces with a view of the sea:

Master bedroom:

The entire house is available for the duration of your vacation, so relax and make yourself comfortable. In addition to the amenities already mentioned, our house is also equipped with:

I am available for our guests 24/7 either by telephone or via Fewo-Direkt. Of course I try to answer as soon as possible.
I will not be there myself, but I am happy to answer any questions.
You will also love our easy and convenient check-in process. The house is equipped with a Smartlock system, which also makes it possible to arrive late in the evening. All other information will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note:
The entire facility is new and built in a contemporary style. This comes with the small price that the community pool area is not yet 100% completed. All facilities can be used, but the garden could look a bit unfinished.
