Nestled in the heart of a small peaceful village, this recently renovated Touraine farmhouse is home to three warm cottages.
Its 11,000 m² park and 10 x 5 m swimming pool will seduce you.

Close to the castles of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, Loches and the vineyards of Touraine. This cottage is ideally located, a perfect starting point to combine cultural discoveries and moments of rest.

Our cottage is designed to adapt to your needs: it can accommodate up to 7 people.
In this formula, we offer the ground floor only offering 60m2, ideal for a stay as a couple or as a couple, in a more intimate and cosy atmosphere.
You do not share the accommodation with other travellers.

As soon as you enter, a beautiful living space opens up to you, warm and bright. It is composed of a living room, a dining area and a large kitchen. You will find a washing machine, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo espresso, a kettle and all the crockery and utensils necessary for a comfortable and independent stay.PGJyPg
A double bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, perfect for a gentle stay.

Kitchen linen and shower mat will be on site.
On the other hand, bed linen and towels will be provided on request for a rental of €15 per person per stay. This will be paid on arrival.

The living room is equipped with a TV with TNT, books and board games, you will benefit from a Wi-Fi connection.

In the cool seasons, you will enjoy the comfortable warmth of our pellet insert, ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere after a day in the great outdoors. We will of course explain how it works when you arrive so that you can enjoy it with ease.

Each cottage has a private terrace, quiet and pleasant, equipped with a barbecue to make the most of the sunny days and extend the summer evenings in a peaceful atmosphere.

Our pretty and peaceful wooded park awaits you, it is ideal for relaxing, and on sunny days, the swimming pool will be accessible, perfect for cooling off.

The park is a true haven of tranquility where everyone can enjoy at their own pace, whether it is to rest in the shade of the trees or to have fun in the open air.
Please make sure to respect the place and the tranquility of the travellers of our two other cottages so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

A large private car park is at your disposal inside the property, entirely enclosed by a perimeter wall and secured by a gate, to park your vehicles in peace.

We live on site: close if you need us, discreet to let you fully enjoy your stay.

We work regularly in the park and could be there when you arrive; the easiest way is to call us a few minutes before so that we can welcome you in the best conditions

To ensure that your stay goes smoothly:

On your arrival, we will carry out a small inventory together while showing you around the accommodation.
Before your departure, we will also carry out a quick inventory of fixtures in order to finalise your stay with peace of mind.
To guarantee the rental, a deposit check of €300 will be requested on arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures on departure, if everything is in order.
If you wish to have the bed made before your arrival, you will have to pay the rental of the sheets at the same time as the deposit.

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Smoking and vaping are forbidden inside the cottage.
You can smoke only outside, making sure to use an ashtray and not leave any cigarette butts in the park.

Animal lovers, we understand how much they are part of the family. However, to keep all guests comfortable on the property, pets are not allowed.
