Explore nature, get in touch with animals and gain an insight into farm work. The newly designed inner courtyard is for communal use. There are also spacious lawns around the entire farm with play areas, trampoline, sandpit, swing, Slakline, tree house and much more, which are available to all guests.
Enjoy the many possibilities not only in summer, but also in winter. Relax and unwind in one of the many quiet spots. Or, on the other hand, make active use of the games and sports facilities on site. If there is enough snow, the house meadow is perfect for tobogganing or your first turns on skis.
The landlords enthusiastically run the farm, which has been in the family for centuries. There are cattle, calves, cats and rabbits on the farm. The landlords are happy to let you take part in the daily tasks on the farm throughout the seasons. Helping out is expressly permitted. It is also possible to book a breakfast service on site.
The nearest public access to the lake is a 15-minute walk away. Of course, all water sports facilities are available on Lake Traunsee. But the farm location is also ideal for older people as a starting point for more or less long hikes away from road traffic. And you can also choose between a leisurely ride along the lake or a challenging mountain bike ride into the mountains. Not far from the farm, there is a wide range of sporting opportunities in winter. The holiday flat on the first floor facing the lake is approx. 105 m² in size and offers space for four people. The fully equipped modern kitchen is located in the large, bright living and dining area. Here you will find all the important kitchen utensils. In addition to a kettle, there is also a ceramic hob with oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The dining table invites you to eat together after cooking. There is also a sofa bed in this room. Enjoy the fantastic panorama of Lake Traunsee and the surrounding mountains from here. The two identical comfortable bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sauna (incl. infrared heater). The WC is located separately.
