Detached house in the village of Mandailles less than 10 km from the Grand Site National du Puy Mary in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. House from 1874 completely renovated enjoying a beautiful view of the mountains. Shops on site 100 meters from the cottage (grocery store, bakery, restaurant). You benefit from a small balcony, a terrace with garden furniture and an enclosed plot with portico for children. You are at the foot of many hiking trails, you can practice trail running, paragliding, fishing, as well as at the Lac des Graves via ferrata, adventure course, horseback riding... You can discover the course of the Gorges de la Jordanne and practice Nordic activities at the resorts of Super Lioran and Col de Légal. Of course you can visit Aurillac, Salers, Tournemire and Marcolès.
Electricity costs will be charged in addition above the consumption of 56 kW tt per week;
We provide wood for the stove on request at a rate of 40 euros per week.
