The holiday home, renovated in 2023, is a semi-detached house and modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing. Rowboat 10 EUR / day, sailboat 50 EUR / day.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. A total of 2 identical holiday units (2 semi-detached houses). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, 5 m in diameter, 0.90 m deep).

allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day.

The house was lovely and well kept. The flowers around the porch helped make it very pleasant. The owners were very kind people, making sure we had everything we needed.

Trotz der Lage an der Straße war es sehr ruhig.Weg zum Balaton kurz und entspannt.Der Pool war für die Kids ein Highlight und sehr sauber. Vermieter hat diesen während des Aufenthaltes auch sauber gemacht (immer früh wenn alle noch geschlafen haben).Geschäfte und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Im Obergeschoss sind die Zimmer ...

Im Obergeschoss sind die Zimmer ziemlich warm was aber auch bei Mansarde nicht zu verhindern ist (Ventilator mitnehmen empfehlenswert). Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
