The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, the sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) can be used as an extra bed for two people and a bay window with seating. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (box spring bed). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is located in a beautiful, refurbished Art Nouveau villa and is friendly and modern. The house is quiet and has an underground car park with a bike storage. In the basement are washing machines and dryers, these are available for a fee. The 40 km long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 200 meters away. For strolling and lingering, you will find small shops and cafes within walking distance.
