Discover the perfect group getaway at this expansive estate, highlighted by a luxe private hot tub. Adorned with extensive custom ironwork from a Timberline Lodge master craftsman, warm wood walls and floors create an upscale, mountain-chic atmosphere that complements the high-end furnishings and finishes.

Serving as the social heart of the property, the two-story main house holds two bedrooms and a loft. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, and ample stone counter space. Cozy up in the living area, where soaring ceilings complement the impressive wood-burning fireplace. A sunroom, which features a queen sofa bed, and a family room ensure ample acreage to spread out and relax.

Separate from the main house, the rec house also presents plenty of room to kick back, with a spacious game room featuring foosball and Ping-Pong tables. Head up to the loft to find sleeping accommodations. A private washer/dryer adds convenience.

The sauna house will help you unwind after fun-filled days on the slopes. In addition to the large sauna, it has a shower and half bath without a door.

Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Any guests over maximum occupancy (9) is not allowed at any time and will not be tolerated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
