Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Lignano, Pineta district. The holiday home is located on a garden plot with trees. Pretty terraced houses, newly renovated, situated in the tranquillity of the pine forest, in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Lignano Pineta. The properties FRIUDI304 and FRIUDI405 are located in the same terraced house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
