The Ferienhaus Meeresbrise is completely renovated in June 2017 inside and outside. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac behind the dike. The property is surrounded by greenery, it has two parking spaces on the property, a terrace with a glass roof, garden furniture, a garden shed and a barbecue.   The living space is about 70 square meters and is for max. 4 people designed.   On the ground floor: new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. New bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is a separate small laundry room and a Wäscheständer.Über the hallway leads directly into the living area with satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, INTERNET / DAB + RADIO and mini-system with USB. A steep staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs.   Upstairs: One bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, as well as a bedroom with two separate beds. Both bedrooms have shutters and mosquito screens.   The flooring on the ground floor is made of tiles, the upper floor is made of laminate.   Specials: free wifi. Free of charge 1 bicycle is available
