The condo is next to a golf course, 4 min drive lake access and Margaritaville

Hello, we’d love the opportunity to host you at our Cozy Condo in the beautiful Walden On Lake Conroe community. This is a great vacation get away for those looking to unwind or just relax. You’ll have the whole condo to yourself. The unit is located upstairs right next to the golf course
You can enjoy walking paths with deer roaming freely. You are a 5 minute drive from gorgeous Lake Conroe. Lake-side dinning is available nearby with several great restaurants, bars, fishing spots, gas stations, boat and jet ski rentals, marina, bait and tackle vendors, sun wear and water sports outfitters, churches, convenient stores and of course Margaritaville.
We are close to several lake entry points but there are no lake views from our condo.
The condo is on the 2nd floor.
Free parking right in front of the condo.

You receive the entry door & security alarm codes and a Wi-Fi password on the day of your arrival.

We have 2 Smart TV’s. You must log in to your account for (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, Roku, Starz & more) or you can view the free channel line up. We don’t have a Direct TV subscription or other satellite/cable services.

Full kitchen and full bathroom.
