The residence's landscaped garden creates a peaceful atmosphere, while the nearby shops and the city centre at 500 meters allow you to enjoy all Canet without constraint. Designed to accommodate up to four people, the apartment has an east-facing balcony with a pleasant view of the garden. The stay includes a two-seater bench and a TV for relaxing moments. The kitchen, renovated in 2018, is perfectly functional with its four gas butane fires, microwave and refrigerator. The bedroom offers a double bed and storage and the bathroom with toilet and washing machine completes the set. For peace of mind, a secure parking is also available.A pleasant accommodation, well maintained and ideally placed to enjoy Canet Beach in complete serenity.Animals are welcome.
