Our farmhouse and the gatehouse are parts of a typical Niederrheinisches Vierkanthof from the original year 1910 and has been completely renovated in recent years.
They are right next to each other on the closed courtyard and are very tastefully decorated.
3 bathrooms (incl. Additional apartment), 6 bedrooms (incl. Zusatzappartement) not completely separated ... you may ask!
In addition, you book a small single apartment 18sqm. It is located in the oldest part of the lodge (210 cm ceiling height), also on the courtyard and next to the farmhouse. It has a private entrance, shower, toilet, sink, a comfortable sofa bed 130x 195 cm with gel popper, flat screen TV and kitchenette. It is also very modern and everything is new!

Niederkrüchten-Laar is a small village without any transit traffic but nevertheless with a very good connection.

Our farm is embedded in the Niederrhein landscape on a property
Of about 42 000 sqm. There are own meadows and a forest piece.
Directly from the property, you can go hiking, cycling or horseback riding.
The Hariksee and the Schwalm are not 300m from the property.

Various golf courses are nearby.

In less than half an hour's drive you will be in the state capital of Düsseldorf with the trade fair.
In 10 minutes you reach Roermond / NL with the famous outlet center.
