With a furnished terrace and balcony, the house is composed of:

- a large comfortable living room and a dining area,
- a work desk,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, electric plancha, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three bedrooms with queen-size bed (160cm),
- a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a bunk bed,
- three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with a shower,
- a separate toilet and two toilets in the bathrooms,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- baby bed with mattress and baby table seat,
- TV, satellite/cable, Wifi,
- air conditioning, radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The house features private parking with one space inside the property and one space in front of the gate. Numerous free parking spaces are also available in the street.

Noise is not permitted after 10 p.m.

Hossegor town center is approximately 1 km away, and the Leclerc supermarket is accessible within 500 meters during the season. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the house.
