NEW Modern holiday home right on the Moselle, panoramic views, 2 terraces, garden

In the beautiful wine and holiday resort Senhals is the 2017 newly built (July 2017) holiday home "Moseltraum". Your vacation home with garden and 2 terraces is on the outskirts in a quiet street directly on the Moselle and has 98 square meters of living space on one floor.
The spacious, light-flooded house offers 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious living room with flat screen TV and panoramic view and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area for max. 6 persons. Free WiFi access is available throughout the house. 2 sun terraces with garden furniture and a garden invite you to linger outdoors. A grill is also available.
If necessary, the couch in the living room can be used as a 3rd Double bed can be used.
All floors are tiled, underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cozy warmth in the cold season.
Parking spaces are in front of the house.

From Senhals there are interesting excursions to the Moselle towns of Cochem, Beilstein or Zell. The old Roman city of Trier with the famous Portra Nigra, Luxembourg and Koblenz with the German corner can be reached in 1 hour by car. In Senhals and the nearby Senheim there are restaurants and wine taverns or you can stop at your landlords in the panorama ostrich shop with vineyards and vinotheque, about 300 m away. Nearby there is a golf course, a game and leisure park for children and numerous leisure, sports and entertainment options. We are happy to give you tips for interesting excursions. Approximately The Hotel-Restaurant Halfenstube is located 350 m from the holiday home. The spa area with sauna can be booked by prior appointment.
You can arrive with us from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you arrive later, we ask you to contact us in advance.
Approximately Our winery with a panoramic bouquet, vineyard and vinotheque is located 300 m from the holiday home. From mid-May to late June and from August to mid-October, we serve you fine wine from the Moselle and small, tasty dishes in the vineyard. We would also like to welcome you here.

Fantastische Zeit an der Mosel

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Top Ausstattung und sehr gepflegt. Wunderbarer Blick direkt auf die Mosel und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Fahrräder konnten auch sicher im Kellergeschoss abgeschlossen untergebracht werden.

Perfektes Domizil an der Mosel

Ein in jeder Hinsicht perfektes Haus. Traumhafte Lage, direkt an der Mosel, auf einem wunderschönen großen Grundstück. Absolut sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ideal für maximal 4 Personen. Eine sehr freundliche Winzerfamilie als Eigentümerin, die die Möglichkeit bietet, alle Ihre hervorragenden Weine zu probieren.

Top vakantiewoning en locatie.

Deze vakantiewoning behoord tot de top. Alles aanwezig en top locatie. Mooi uitzicht vanaf eigen terras op de Moezel. Ligging is lekker centraal. Met goede restaurants op 5 minuten lopen. Kortom een absolute aanrader! Gerda en Bert Boers

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung genügt allen Anforderungen. Auf der großen Terrasse oder dem sehr großen Grundstück lässt es sich gut relaxen. Einem gemütlichen Grillabend steht ebenfalls nichts im Wege. Familien mit Kindern steht im Haus bzw. auf dem Grundstück viel Platz zum Spielen zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren so gemütlich. Man kann gut mit 2 Paaren dort ein paar Tage verweilen,da jedes SZ ein eigenes BZ hat. Die schönen Orte wie Cochem,Beilstein,Ediger-Eller usw sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Blick von der vorderen Terrasse auf die Mosel ist sehr schön und beruhigend. Tolles Haus,klare Empfehlung. Schade,dass die Vermieter nur wochenweise vermieten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Moselblick und großen Garten.Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben. Auch die Ausstattung ist gut und reichlich vorhanden. Regentage konnten wir hier gut überbrücken.

Rundum fein !

Es ist rundum zum wohlfühlen. Modernes sauberes gut eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich toll kümmern und ein Weingut in unmittelbarer Nähe betreiben mit gemütlicher Straußwirtschaft. Der Radweg liegt direkt am Haus sowie ein freier Blick direkt auf die Mosel. Wir sagen nochmal herzlichen Dank an Familie von Sikorski und kommen gerne wieder. I.K.

A week on the Moselle

The property is excellent, very well furnished and equipped. The house is new and has balconies on all sides so we could take advantage of sun or shade. The location is beautiful with, at the front, a good view of the river. Senhals is a nice village with wineries and a restaurant. The only down side was that on both front and back of the property there was traffic noise.

Skønt nyt hus lige ved Mosel, med alt udstyr til en dejlig ferie. Søde og hjælpsomme udlejere.

Ferieboligen er helt perfekt, lige ned til Mosel. Huset er udstyret med alt til en skøn ferie og værten er sød og hjælpsom. Dejligt roligt feriested med mange vandre og cykelstier. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und auch den Pavillon im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Nur der Lärm der hinter dem Haus vorbeiführenden Straße war zeitweise störend. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholsame Tage an der Winter-Mosel

Das Haus liegt wunderbar mit Blick auf die Mosel im ruhigen Ort Senhals. Im Haus ist alles bestens, die wunderbare Fußbodenheizung wärmte wunderbar. Bitte unbedingt Wein und Sekt vom Vermieter probieren. Das Haus buchen wir gerne nochmal - auch zu einer anderen Jahreszeit.

Traumhaus

Wir (56 Jahre und 64 Jahre) waren die zweiten Bewohner dieses wunderschönen großzügig gebauten Hauses.Direkt an der Mosel, nur durch den Fahrradweg getrennt, hatten wir einen freien Blick auf das Wasser und die gegenüber liegenden Weinberge. Eine zweite kleinere Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Obstgarten. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
