Your vacation spot away from home! Remodeled 3Br/2Ba, open floor plan, end unit, cottonwood model. Better than a hotel or time share. Enjoy a 1627 sq. ft. well maintained home. Plenty of room to relax and have a great vacation! My calendar is updated in real time and my rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click, "Book Now!" Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hr. guard gated community in Palm Desert. It welcomes its guests to two restaurants, bar lounge and shops. It features weekly sunset grills, or pizza, pasta and prime rib Friday nights in the beautiful club house dining room. You can also grab breakfast or lunch at Bogies. However, guest will not have golf, tennis or spa access unless accompanied by a member as their guest and paying the applicable fees. Golfer, no problem. You can enjoy many public golf courses in close proximity to the home. A perfect location on the 8th tee of the Challenger Course, one of two in PVCC. Watch the golfers tee off in front of you over a 4 waterfall lake or just relax on the patio listening to the peaceful sound of the waterfalls. Relax on the lounge chairs or sit and enjoy your barbequed meal (convection bbq) around the 4 seat patio firepit or table overlooking my rose garden. The Master bedroom has a California King bed with attached bath, dual sinks and shower/tub combination. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is attached to the hall bath. The hall bath has a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. All bedrooms have new carpet (Nov. 2021). All other flooring is tile. All bed linens and towels are replaced often. Bedrooms have new large flat screen wall mounted TVs and in the Living Room a new 55" Smart TV above the gas fireplace. WIFI is included. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer inside and 2 car garage with 6 bikes and golf cart availability (offered to month long renters only upon signing a waiver) for riding about the beautifully landscaped complex. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. New refrigerator Aug. 2023. Guests provide their own food. It is open to the dining room and living room surrounded by bar seating to easily entertain while you cook. Homeowner carries a full home warranty policy. Any repair needs to go thru the owner should it occur. Homeowner covers one service fee. This condo is located directly across from one of 46 pools/jacuzzis in Palm Valley. Another is 200 ft away. Pools are heated Nov-Apr. Palm Valley Country Club is located 3 miles from Acrisure Arena, 6 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Indio Polo Grounds (Coachella, Stagecoach, 2025 Festivals), 12 miles from Palm Springs Airport, 14 miles from Palm Springs, 2 1/2 hours to San Diego, LA and Disneyland. Acrisure Arena hosting the ice hockey team, Firebirds and music concert venues is only 3 miles away. Palm Desert Good Neighbor Policy for short term rentals imposed. Use common courtesy and respect the neighborhood where you are staying to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Minimum age 25 or older to book. Maximum number of guests per city license is 6.

A slice of heaven

I have stayed at this condo a number of times. The grounds are beautiful the patio overlooks an amazing golf course. The pool is great. The spa is wonderful. The condo is perfect whethet you are a family or girls get away or a nice couple this is a perfect place. Close to great food shopping dancing anything you want.

Great Place- Great Host!!

We spent 3 nights here and loved it! Pamela was a great host, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home is located in a quiet gated community on a golf course. It had the perfect patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The home was very clean & organized making it easy for us to relax & enjoy our stay. My most favorite part where the notes & treats Pamela left for us. Vases with roses from her garden, homemade chocolate chip cookies, & more! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality, relaxing stay!

Heaven on Earth

Our stay at the condo really was Heaven on Earth. The condo was easy to find, and the key code option on the door was awesome. We walked into the unit and were impressed! The condo really does have everything you might expect and feels like home away from home. Everything was very cozy. We also loved the location of the condo being right across the street from the pool. It was so convenient for us - and our 4 year little girl! The only downside to the stay was that the hot tub was not operating as a hot tub, but this had nothing to do with the condo.  We just think it might have been a seasonal thing, and since we are getting into Summer, the Homeowners Association probably shuts it off. But really, the tub in condo unit itself is so big, that you could probably soak in there and be just fine.  There were more than enough towels and blankets, and really - just everything you would need to feel comfortable. There is a grocery store down the street, so if you forget something you can just run down and pick something up. It really did feel like home away from home. We were sad to go home, and are already hoping to plan another trip. We would love to stay there again!!

Since there are 46 pools/Jacuzzis in the complex, not all are heated in the summer - May 1-Nov 1. I will add that to my property description. I am certainly glad you and your husband were able to get away for your anniversary and you used Palm Valley Country Club Babysitting Service located in the Clubhouse. Beautiful Relaxing Vacation Home

This was our fourth stay in Pamela's beautiful, well maintained home in Palm Valley Country Club. The location on the 8th hole with its four waterfalls is beautiful. We spent many mornings having coffee on the patio and evenings grilling our dinner. We enjoy having the pool across the street. We spent many hours swimming, soaking in the hot tub and reading by the pool. The central location is convienent to all of our activities in Palm Desert. Pamela makes every effort to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. We recommend her home for your desert vacation. John W

Lovely place to stay!

Just spent a lovely 4 days at host Pamela's house in Palm Springs. The house is modern, well equipped, and a great fit for up to 8 adults. Property is quiet and secure (within a country club). Owner is very responsive and helpful - would highly recommend!

Our Home away from Home

We love coming to Palm Desert with our family to enjoy the weather and to relax. This home has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool is right across the street and the view from the patio is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

Relaxing Palm Desert Vacation

Beautiful and Peaceful!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this townhome! The owner was so great at communication and had everything you could want there for us to use! It was a very convenient location and close to store and restaurants with lots of selections. The best part was how quiet and tranquil the resort is. We enjoyed the weekend with our young adults and teenage children. There was plenty of room for all five of us and we could have had a few more. The pool is right there steps away. No one was in the pool the entire stay. We felt like we had a private resort. It was fun to just to relax and not be on our phones and tech, but there is wifi and movie channels too! There are bikes, rafts, and towels already available. Everything was thoughtfully thought of by the owner. We made dinner and all our meals with ease in this well stocked and thought out kitchen, The BBQ was a plus and the patio is wonderful! Even in the hottest months, it is still a nice place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. Close enough to drive to local attractions. We hit a bucket of balls at a near by driving range that was very reasonable, went bowling, swam at night, so very fun. We did a day trip to Palm Springs one of the days. Everything was perfect, we will definitely stay again! Good fit for Families or couples. Great get away to the dessert.

Loved My Stay!

Property is very well-maintained. There are lots of little touches that make you feel welcome and add to your stay. I appreciated the basket with menus and other flyers of places to see and dine. The kitchen is well-stocked with basics needed if you decide to cook. A pool is right across the street, and there were floats in the garage to use. Beautiful view from the back patio, and was very quiet. Definitely a great place to kick back and relax, or enjoy the sights. We took in the Palm Springs street market since we were there Thursday night. Pamela was a gracious hostess, and got back to me quickly with my questions. Definitely a place I will stay again!

I supply little things that one might have forgotten and information on local restaurants and things to do in the desert. Pamela was more than accommodating for anything and everything I could have possibly asked for. I ran in to a minor issue, contacted her, and she was lightning fast to remedy it for me! Would definitely still here again multiple times per year if vacation time and money was unlimited. ;) Thanks again!

Relaxing, long weekend away.

My husband and I, along with another couple, spent 3 nights and 3 days at this comfortable, well equipped condo. Everything was a breeze from initially booking the condo through checkout. The owner was very helpful and communicated well. She even made suggestions on where to eat and things to do during our stay. Using the key code option for the doors made coming and going so simple. The condo was very cozy and had everything we needed. The pool was a lifesaver since we were there in the summer heat! I have stayed here before and will definitely come again!

Lovely, carefree stay.

Myself and four friends stayed at this condo at the beginning of April for 5 nights. First, it was very easy to find once off the highway and close to basic amenities, like grocery store, coffee shops, etc. The golf resort itself is very well cared for and has a very relaxing atmosphere. If you're not golfing the pool across the street was fantastic, never crowded and a great place to chat with neighbors. The condo itself was very well equipped and stocked with many essential items. I've stayed at a number of VRBO properties across North America and it is easy to tell which ones are essentially large hotel rooms and which ones are proper home-type properties. This one certainly made you feel at home. While we mostly ate out while we were there, the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you would need, which I feel is a key to a great stay... it certainly allowed us to make great eggs benedict and omelettes each morning. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable and welcoming at the end of each day. The owner (Pamela) was a charm to communicate with and spared no expense/time insuring we were aware of how to operate everything, where things were and quickly addressed any concerns we had (even during our short visit). Next time I'm in the area this will certainly be the place at the top of my list.

Wonderful stay in Palm Valley

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The view of the eigth hole with it's three waterfalls is terrific. Having the pool and spa right across the street was very handy for us. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had the opportunity to have lunch with Pamela and learned how important that it is for her that her guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are planning to stay with her again.

Great month!

My husband and I spent the month of February in this condo. The setting is beautiful-right on the 8th tee with a waterfall. We left the door open so we could hear the water. It is very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Pamela was very easy to work with and was prompt answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Palm Desert Condo...wonderful place to stay!

Immaculate and spacious 1-story condo, large rooms, fully furnished with everything needed to have a great stay. Gated complex is beautiful and quiet. View from front patio is the golf course and community pool is just steps away. Great for golfers, runners, walkers and you can pay to use the spa or play tennis. Owner was very informative and knew all the best places to eat, happy hour or shop. Lots to do in the area or just kick back and enjoy the quiet and privacy of the unit and complex. Being a neat-freak myself, I was really pleased at how clean and well-maintained the unit is. Whole place was better than advertised. I hope to stay there again soon and would highly recommend a stay there.

Best place to stay in the Palm Desert area

i'm so happy I found out about this rental unit. It is clean, spacious and so user-friendly. everything is labeled and there for you to use and enjoy. The unit is in a wonderful location. The pool is steps outside the door. Resturants and activities are all very close. I felt safe when I was there. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Go and enjoy.

I've stayed at this condo on several occasions over the years. This condo is all its promised to be and more. Tranquil, well furnished, clean, convenient to golfing, swimming, shopping and more. It's also the perfect place to stay and just get away from it all. I highly recommend it!

Thanksgiving in the Desert

Our family had a wonderful time on our Thanksgiving get- away at this clean and comfortable home in the desert.Pamela, the owner made our stay so easy and relaxing. The home's location is convenient to attractions and accessible to golf, tennis the pool and lovely walks in the secured community. We would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a pleasant time in the desert.

Palm Valley Country club is a very nice development.We have stayed in many homes there. This is the first time we have a disagreement with a owner.We moved some things so they would not get damaged and extra pillows and bedspreads to a room we were not using. Some dishes and wine glasses were not put in the right place She said it took 1 1/2 hours to put them in the right place, charge double cleaning for that and extra cleaning two persons 9 hours. She said she had to do 14 loads of sheets and towels.We also had to pay for a "damaged" chair, that was never show to us and we did not know that happened, she said this had happened before. When we left we felt that we left the house in good condition other than it did need cleaning. Watch for extra charges !!

I appreciate you renting my home however, I have never had a negative comment about my home or my landlord responsibilities and am surprised you posted a review 7 months after your stay. With the chair, you asked me to put it outside my home which I did as you were going to be in LA, to pick it up. I did and I told you, if you didn't pick it up the next day, I was donating it to Goodwill, which I did and sent you the donation sheet. Garbage has to be placed in containers, not on the street. Cleaning is regular cleaning, not 14 loads of wash and excessive other cleaning due to children whom I never even knew were going to be there. Because it took us over 18 hours to clean the home, my next rental that was coming in that day was postponed to the next day. Thankfully, it was a family member that understood. I always communicate with my renters and make their stay special.

Perfect desert getaway! Has it all!

What a wonderful place to stay!!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable & relaxing trip. Most impressed by how clean & well organized it was! It was obvious how much care & time went into making the condo a pleasant & care-free place to stay. All we had to do was relax & enjoy the view...which is wonderful! Great seating on the back patio with golf course & creek view. Also very nice, the pool & spa are just steps away & we were usually the only ones there! Beautiful resort & not far from great places to eat & visit, too. Will definately be returning again & again! Awesome!!!

Nice and Clean

This was the second time we rented the condo. The place is always nice and clean. The owner, Pamela, is easy to work with and there were no surprises. The place was perfect for the 3 couples and we had a lot of fun. I would recommend it and we will rent it again!

Wonderful!

Our host was very professional/helpful and hospitable (fresh flowers!). The rental was very clean and perfect for a family get-away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Need a place to relax? This is the perfect place!

My husband & I have enjoyed staying at this property for years! It always feels like coming home! It's also been a great getaway for me & my girlfriends many times over! We really appreciate how clean it is...I mean REALLY clean! To me, it's the most important factor when renting a place. Great location, beautiful surroundings, peaceful & relaxing, and there are many options for things to do. The property has a fabulous location if you want to go out shopping or go out to eat. Plenty of options for things to do nearby! If you just need to relax, the pool & spa are only steps away, which is awesome! My husband likes to simply sit on the back patio & chill...it's a great view! Another important quality is how well we are able to sleep... and the beds are VERY comfortable! We love staying here...always look forward to coming back! Absolutely fabulous place! Enjoy!

A getaway that feels like your far away but yet so close

This is my second stay at this wonderful condo at the Palm Valley County Club. My first stay was for the Christmas Holiday with my family, we found the place to be exactly as described: clean, well maintained, spacious, many nearby restaurants, shopping and a basket on the counter with helpful information of the area and the condo use. My second stay was this summer with a few of my friends for a birthday celebration, all were just as impressed on the amenities offered; full kitchen, wet bar, gas BBQ, bikes, floaters for the pool and Jacuzzi directly across from the condo. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this great place of relaxation and comfort.

Wonderful relaxing stay...

My husband and myself stayed at this lovely home last November and I must say we had a most wonderful stay. The condo is perfectly situated across the street from one of the many lovely pools, which made it perfect for an afternoon swim or catching a few rays. Also we used the hot tub most every night and enjoyed a glass of wine at the same time. Rarely was there anyone else at the pool, perfect for us. The condo had everything we could have ever needed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was so kind and considerate and gave us many restaurant recommendations that were most helpful and a list of all the happy hour places to enjoy. I would certainly recommend this condo.
