Beautiful home with breathtaking views when the sunrises over the mountain. Our 4 year old son said the bunk beds were the most comfortable beds ever! The creek was a huge hit as well!

Nice cozy cottage

Rented this place when dropping of my student to App State in Boone .. it’s about 20 minutes away from campus . The cottage was very clean , quiet & remote .. loved the creek in the back, it was very peaceful . There is not much around as for restaurant & grocery store . Would definitely recommend if you like the quietness & calm ..

Awesome place to stay

I have to say that the cabin was Wonderful, Cozy, and the surroundings Amazing. We have an Amazing weekend and the last day we have snow and deer. Thanknyou for share the cabin so others can enjoy the beauty of Nature

Nice rural cottage

Beautiful little rural cottage! Very clean, love the creek behind the house. Be aware the driveway and access to backyard could be difficult especially in acclimate weather. Overall great hosts and nice place.

Mountain get away

The cutest little house - I’m sure once the remodel is finished, the house will be amazing! We enjoyed the stream and building campfires for s’mores!

Comfortable

We rented this property when we moved my daughter into App State. Stream in the back was very relaxing. A few glitches but the owner was quick to answer. It was not all that easy to find it because of the rural area, but I think being off the main roads is a plus. Would stay there again.

Easy access

This property had easy access to Boone and fly fishing. The property was clean and was as posted! My parents are going up there next! Great job on the remodel!

Super cute quaint home

Stayed here while my son was visiting App State. Loved this home the moment I walked inside. So cute and tastefully decorated! And so nice of the owners to welcome us with a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived. I also appreciated the Keurig coffee cups! A little farther of a drive to the college than expected but a nice place to come back to in the evening to relax along the river and have a bonfire.

Family fishing trip

This was perfect and clean. It was comfortable and cozy and I have to reiterate CLEAN. The stream in the back is beautiful. It’s secluded but not to far from downtown Boone for a nice dinner in town.

Great little house

We loved our stay at the newly renovated sweet house! Everything was super clean and comfortable! All of our needs were met. We loved the charming road the house was on and all the decorating was well thought out and pristine! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat.
