-L’adresse erronée -Pas reçu de mail qq jours auparavant pour avoir les informations d’arrivée -Accueil plus que limite, pas clair -logement pas conforme aux photos, sale, lit pas confortable, problème d’évacuation d’eau dans le lavabo et douche, verrou de la porte pas assez sécurisant
