Vacation home with sea view, Budoni - Sardinia

The beautiful corner house (4 persons) with private garden and a large veranda with a fantastic view of the sea. THE HOUSE is equipped with two bedrooms a bathroom with shower ideal for parents with 2 children. A living room with kitchen. The house has a large veranda. In addition, the house has a garden with an outdoor shower.
The house is tastefully decorated in Sardinian style and each room is equipped with air conditioning. THE HOUSE IS AT 2.5 KM FROM THE BEACH. In the garden there is a gazebo with rattan furniture.
A 50 inch flat screen TV is also available.
THE HOUSE is located on a hill in the village of Solita, 2.2 km from Budoni. The house is in a very quiet location.

We are 20 minutes by car from the airport and port of Olbia. San Teodoro can be reached in 10 minutes. The beautiful Costa Smeralda is 40 minutes away.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern. Weiter gibt es auch einen Geschirrspüler, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.Die Matratzen sind allerdings sehr hart.Wichtig zu wissen: im Mietpreis sind keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher enthalten. Diese kosten Aufpreis. Bitte entsprechend beim Vermieter hierzu erkundigen.

Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen Ort Solita und der Ausblick von der Terrasse war mega toll. Der Weg dort hin nach 4 Tagen mit Navigation klappte am 5ten Tag auch ohne. Parkplatz direkt am Haus war super.Die Straße ist ziemlich ruhig, so dass der Erholungsurlaub sehr gut gelungen ist. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war mir die Matratze auch zu hart wie von meinem Vorgänger auch beschrieben, daher keine 5 Sterne.Vielen dank auch an Gianni für die prompte Unterstützung bei offenen Fragen. Aber auch Fernando (Vermieter)war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Auf Anfrage wurden auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit gestellt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Meraviglioso

L’appartamento della Signora Susanna e del Signor Fernando è un piccolo gioiellino. Un luogo di incanto con tutto il necessario ed anche di più. Ad accogliere e supportare anche io Sig Gianni sempre disponibile ed operativo. Vista mozzafiato e panorami da sogno. Cucina ben equipaggiata. Solita’ gode di un bel clima rispetto a Budoni e tranquillità non scontata in periodo di vacanza estiva. A 6 minuti di auto dalla prima spiaggia, 3 min da bar ed agriturismi ( noi siamo andati da Su Cuile). Potrete godere dello spazio esterno per una grigliata e cenare nel dehors. Torneremo sicuramente ad agosto! Grazie di tutto

Bellissima vista e casa pulitissima

La casa dispone di una terrazza attrezzata con una vista bellissima. La casa disponeva di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevolissime.

Es war schwierig,das Objekt zu finden. Zufahrt mit großem Auto ungeeignet

Leider war der Pavillon,wie in der Anzeige beschrieben nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war gut,jedoch die Matratze sehr hart.
