Run Down Neighborhood
Please be aware the ad for this property does not tell you the neighborhood is very run down. We were disappointed when we arrived to find the condition of the neighborhood and we didn't even enter the home, as we did not feel comfortable to stay in this location. The surrounding homes had broken down cars, trash in the yards, broken windows etc.. It was a Friday evening and there were lots of people hanging out on both sides of the listed home.
We also experienced poor communication with the host prior to arriving, and after seeing the location to share our concerns.
I listed 3 stars for cleanliness because the exterior of the bungalow was in better condition than it's neighbors, and I cannot discredit the inside of the home because I did not see it. My concern was the neighborhood and our safety.
