The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato can be reached in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer, the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be admitted by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance. A short staircase with 8 steps leads to the upper level, with panoramic terrace with pool and entrance to the main building. It consists of a living room with fireplace and an equipped library; it is on two levels connected by 6 steps. A further 4 steps lead to the sleeping area with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, which overlooks the rear area with veranda. From the pool area, an external staircase leads to a raised level located at the rear of the main building, where there is an annex with a separate entrance and a pleasant veranda under a pergola equipped for outdoor dining with a barbecue.
