Welcome to Starry Nights @ the Expo, a charming vintage farmhouse on two acres just steps from the Brazos County Expo Center. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of parking, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, it's a comfortable home base for Expo events, Aggie weekends, family visits, and Bryan–College Station getaways.

Inside, you'll find a warm, comfortable home with butcher-block countertops and a well-equipped kitchen—including our guest-favorite Texas-shaped waffle maker! Each bedroom has convenient USB charging ports, with an additional charging station in the main living area.

Hospitality is important to us. We try to think of the little things that make traveling easier, from extra toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forget yours to fire starters waiting for you at the backyard fire pit.

Traveling with little ones? We've tried to make that easier, too. A portable crib and bedding, baby monitor, kid-friendly plates and cups, games, puzzles, coloring books, and activities are available for families.

But the real charm of Starry Nights is outside. Enjoy two acres of country space with a fire pit, horseshoe pit, picnic area, outdoor seating, and plenty of room to relax and play. Gather around the fire on a cool evening, play a game of horseshoes or flag football, or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and starry Texas sky.

And the location is hard to beat. You're just steps from the Brazos County Expo Center, less than 5 miles from Downtown Bryan and approximately 7 miles from Kyle Field. There's plenty of parking, including room for guests traveling with a trailer.

Great Home!

One of the best equipped houses we've ever stayed at. They've thought of it all, if you forgot something in packing they probably have it for you. We were in town to see our senior cadet and attend an A&M game, we had plenty of room for him and some buddies to come and hang out. Will definitely be back.

Plenty of parking ... easy to navigate. The owner has provided all the comforts of home. Everything you can think from laundry room, to kitchen, bedrooms and baths for a relaxed stay. No need to run to Wal-Mart for items. I really appreciate the size of the large yard which includes 2 picnics benches, bbq, firepit w wood, horseshoe, etc.

Had my late husbands celebration of life here

This place is well stocked, beautiful and has a perfect backyard area for what we needed. We were able to have friends and family come over to host one last game night for my late husband. The fire pit in the back was perfect for smores and the host was so kind. Spacious and homey, it was perfect.

Horse show haven!

Finding any property with any acreage is a rare gem in Bryan/ College Station and we are excited to share it with YOU!!!

Why they chose this property

If you're attending an event at the Brazos County Expo Center, you won't find a property closer than Starry Nights @ the Expo. Enjoy the best of both worlds—a secluded, peaceful setting just steps from the Expo, less than five miles from Downtown Bryan, and about seven miles from Kyle Field. There's plenty of parking, even for your horse trailer!

We love spending weekends here ourselves, and we've furnished and stocked the house with the things we appreciate when we travel. You'll find local vintage furnishings, plenty of towels and extra pillows, lots of dishes, and a well-stocked kitchen with quality small appliances from brands such as Cuisinart and KitchenAid.

We also designed Starry Nights with families and time together in mind. The game cabinet, horseshoe pit, fire pit, picnic area, and spacious outdoor areas give everyone room to relax and have fun. Whether you're gathering around the fire, playing horseshoes, enjoying dinner outside, or settling in for a cozy evening indoors, Starry Nights is a place to slow down, spend time together, and make some great memories.

What makes this property unique

From the kitchen window, you can look out to a wide open field. We call this property "Starry Nights" because we love sitting outside at night by a campfire sharing stories and enjoying the stars at night, big and bright, deep in the heart of Texas!
