The villa consist of main building of 400 m2 and the guest house next to it. The main house has 2 independed floors.There are 4 double bedrooms with sea and garden views, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms, big living room faced to the sea. Each floor has its own access from the garden, but in the same time they are connected by internal stairs.

The two main suites situated on the upper floor and have panoramic views to the sea. Other two bedrooms are on the ground floor.There are terraces surrounding each floor and faced to the sea. There is a barbeque on the terrace. Capacity of the main house 8 people.

There is a small independent 2 bedroom guest house of 100 m2 next to the main villa, but with the separate access from the street. This house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both villa and guest house are faced to the beach.

This is ideal place for two families with children and eldery people. In front of the house there is a long sea promenade with a few bars. All facilities are close by. Capacity of the guest house 4 people. For reservations between 5 and 8 people only the main house is offered. The main house and Guest House are offered for more than 8 to 12 people. There is a good sea food restaurant in front of the house.

Important: groups of young people under the age of 27 are not accepted. Do not send the request if the requirements are not met. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not comply with this condition.

Key collection: Late Arrivals 9pm-12am will have a supplement of 50eur. , from 12am-2am -100eur
