Inside the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne,at Brion, with exceptional views, site known for its cattle fairs. Proximity to the Sancy, the plateau Cézallier, the medieval town of Besse, nature reserves, Natura 2000 sites (Chaudefour Valley, Bog lake of Godivelle), many lakes. Old refurbished barn and shed, semi detached with the owner's residence. Cottage on 2 levels. Ground floor: kitchen giving way into spacious living room, bathroom/toilets, laundry. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (1double bed+1cot), 1 large bedroom. (1double bed+1single bed). Surrounding area not enclosed. Electric heating €40/70. Shops/services Besse 15km.
