About this property
Hot Tub! Close2Downtown/Dollywood/PF! King Bed! Access to Nearby Fishing Pond!
This cabin is located just 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge attractions and 20 minutes from Dollywood. Take some time to enjoy the surrounding area including Gatlinburg and all their unique stores, restaurants, and bars. Hang out in Pigeon Forge and check out Dollywood and everything Tennessee has to offer. From hiking, shopping, eating and exploring there is plenty to do.
Staying away from the busy work life and staying in our little cozy cabin on one of Tennessee's beautiful rolling mountains. Listen to the rain under the metal roof. Wake up refreshed and enjoy the view from the back porch. Take a dip in the hot tub and relax. Cozy up inside next to the fireplace. Take a walk along the pond or enjoy a fun catch & release fishing afternoon. Come enjoy a relaxing stay and let your worries melt away!
The cabin is not 100% secluded. As we do have a neighbor on both sides of the cabin, there are trees between the cabins, however the trees may lose the leaves in winter. You will not be able to see the neighbor unless you are at the entrance or the back porch. The hot tub on the enclosed side porch and is blocked off by panels, so you don't need to worry about your privacy. Please be aware that the cabin is 600sq ft and is idea for couples and small groups of two adults and one-two little kids.
Please be aware that cabin may be HARD to find and MULTI POINT TURNS may be required to get in and out. You may need to pull into the neighbor's parking in order to get out depending on the size of your car.
LADY BUGS SEASON: For October through the end of November, there could be live and dead lady bugs in and around the cabin as they are flocking towards any heat they can find. Unfortunately there is not way to prevent this and it is like this in any property in East Tennessee that has a functioning heating system. Having dozens of dead lady bugs in the property DOES NOT mean that the property was not cleaned.
What we offer:
2 TVs with Roku Streaming
High-speed WiFi (600mbps)
Private Hot Tub
Indoor Soaker Tub
Wood-burning Fireplace (open Oct-May)
Parking for Two Medium Cars or One Large Truck
Equipped Kitchen for Cooking
One King Bed and One Sofa Pull-out Bed
Shampoo/Body Wash/Conditioner
Other things to note:
***Travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended especially during winter season. No refund will be issued due to the weather condition.
***The road to the cabin is narrow with incline, twist and turns. Please use caution while driving through the mountains. Follow the GPS. When you get to the destination, drive slowly to look for a driveway off the road. Driveway entrance is steep. It is a share driveway with the cabin next to us. Please make sure that you DO NOT block the driveway. We do recommend chains, snow tires or four wheel drive in the winter months.
*** You are in the wilderness and may come in contact with bears, turkeys, bugs, and other critters! This is normal and while we do perform regular critter/pest maintenance, not everything can be avoided when staying in the wilderness. Please be respectful of their space in the wild. DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked.
****The cabin is on well and septic. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Well water may come out with a tint or slight smell to it. Let it run for a moment and it should clear up. This can also stain or affect the color of the toilets and hot tub. This is nothing to be concerned about as it is all natural. You can drink the water, but we recommend buying bottled water.
***Mountain WiFi: we are in the mountains so although we do have internet and streaming services (Guests login with their own account). WiFi capabilities may be limited by weather and signals.
***$200 security deposit upon booking. No authorization hold will be placed. Guests will only be charged if the damage occurs or late check-out.
***We only charge nightly fee and one-time cleaning fee. Any other charges are platform fees and taxes which are out of our control.
***Rental agreement & ID are required after booking
