Big Piney is a beautiful, private home—perfect for business or family retreats, family reunions, getaways from the kids (and in-laws), or those looking to infuse a healthy dose of scenic mountain majesty into their lives.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:
Trappers Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes. The community features an outdoor pool and year-round hot tub with spectacular views overlooking the lake and a clubhouse that includes a fitness center, ping pong table, and club room for private functions. The neighborhood includes tennis/pickleball and basketball courts and a walking/hiking trail that connects to Wolf Creek’s trail network (approx. 4-mile loop), as well as extra parking spaces.

Family Vacation with Adult kids and grandson

The home was very nice with a nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable accommodations the a great upstairs room allowing for the few that were working from home. Hot tub was a great amenity!

We loved staying at the the house. It was convenient to powder mountain and it was great to come home to a hot tub. Amy was quick to respond and super helpful. We will definitely rent again

Great stay, Amy is an amazing host, so easy to work with and even checked in to see if there’s anything more she could do to make the weekend more memorable. If you are contemplating a weekend at Powder Mountain or Snowbasin, this is the perfect spot for you.

Great base for skiing.

No complaints, great property for skiing Powmow and/or Snowbasin. Comfortably slept 5 adults. Having a dual garage was great vs. a condo with lot parking. Would recommend.

Christmas Vacation

Good owners that respond well to questions. The home is beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub daily. We had a wonderful Christmas and the owners provided simple, but nice Christmas tree and decorations. We'll be back!

Powder Family Trip

Convenient 5 bedroom for larger groups. Nice upstairs entertaining area and full kitchen with everything you would need. The bunk room is great for kids. Convenient to powder mountain or snow basin ski areas. Owners were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

Not disappointed

We enjoyed this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. Nice large dining table as we like to all eat together and play games together. There are two areas to sit around and relax and visit. We were overall pleased with this vacation rental. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised

Everything was easy and exactly as advertised. The home is 10 minutes from the Timberline Lodge, so we had fresh tracks every day. 10 minutes from the grocery store, and 5 minutes from the only restaurant/bar at Pow Mow. (Excellent hot water pressure, too!)

Plenty of space and great condition in Eden

This immaculate house in picturesque location has ample room and great set up. Separate upstairs rooms (lounge, bdrms, bath) great for giving different families or friends/ young adults their own space. Relatively new and in great condition. Ideal layout with great room concept. Checkin/checkout well organized and hosts immediately available on text to answer questions. Great stay!

Great location close to Powder Mountain

Our family of 4 stayed here with another family of 4 to celebrate new years and ski at powder mountain. The layout of the house was perfect with two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs for adults and three bedrooms and a large living room upstairs for the kids. The house was very clean and cozy. Amy was very helpful and responsive to the few issues we had with appliances and the hot tub and helped us get them fixed right away. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed it very much!

Wonderful winter getaway

My family and I rented this property for our Christmas celebration. It was perfect. The house was spacious and allowed plenty of room for the 7 adults in our party. The view from the hot tub was beautiful. The owners were very responsive to our requests. A major appliance failed on our trip and the owners had it replaced in less than 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for skiing and other outdoor activities.

Ski Week in UT

We stayed for 6 nights and the house was great — clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we hoped for. On the first afternoon, we had a problem with the power — the fault of the local utility; not the owners — that was promptly resolved (with the owner pushing hard on the power company). After that, all good!

Perfect place

We came to Eden to ski for a few days. We had our college aged kids and our high school son and his friend with us. This house was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at. It was clean, easy to access, perfect location, with clear instructions left in a binder for our reference. The hosts responded immediately to any of our questions. Can I tell you about the bed for a minute? They were so comfortable which says a lot for a rental property. The home was spacious and was the perfect place for our few days away in the mountains. Made me want to buy a place in Eden. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would come back again and again.

Nice stay overall in a lovely neighborhood

Property was well maintained and check in was easy. A few of the beds need updating but overall pleasant. Some of the timed lighting didn’t work so it was very dark and hard to find on arrival and the driveway was quite slick and steep so be careful. There was a lot of trash in the garage on arrival which we needed to take out as well as some spilled oil which we cleaned up. Lastly there were cameras in the garage and facing the hot tub which felt a bit intrusive and I think should/need to be disclosed per VRBO policy. Overall I would recommend and stay here again. Thanks.

Hi Michael, Thanks for the feedback. Our home is in a ski town, so it's definitely icy in the winter. Our snow removal guys are there often to try and keep our steep west facing home as safe as possible. The city ordinances don't allow for bright street lights to cut down on light pollution for stargazing. Our cameras are disclosed on our VRBO listing and are for security when there is no one at the house. We'll reach out about the beds you feel need updating. Thanks!

Great time in Eden

We had an amazing time in Eden at Amy's place. The house is well appointed and just what we were looking for to have an amazing white Christmas with our family. The best part about renting with Amy is communication. It is great to have a host that is on point with handling things as they arise. She even put up a Christmas tree for us! Above and Beyond!!! Great get away

The house is beautiful, comfortably slept 8. Property managers were responsive and helpful. House was 10-15 minutes from reservoir, golfing was less than 5 mins away. Overall a great getaway spot.
