There are three family rooms each with a large smart TV. Upstairs features a family room; a toy room; a large family style bedroom with a king sized bed and two bunk beds; two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also an adjustable desk with two large monitors which provides a place to catch up on emails while enjoying the view from the third story.
The main floor features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and ten-foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate a large group connected to a family gathering room with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The main bedroom features a fireplace, a walk-in closet, jetted tub, and access to the full-length balcony with spectacular views. The deck features a large grill with tables and chairs to enjoy the view day or night. A charming spiral staircase offers access to the walkout basement and covered patio on the lower floor, where you can sit at the fire-table to make s'mores, play corn hole, and enjoy the view..

In the basement, there is a large gathering space with a 15-foot-wide sectional that provides ample space for family members to connect in front of the fireplace. The great room also has a dining table that comfortably seats 20 plus so that all can eat and be together. There is also a large smart tv and a piano. Tucked under the three-car garage and out of ear shot from the rest of the house is a theater room, and a large game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, shuffle board and air hockey.

There are two laundry rooms stocked with detergent. Each bathroom is stocked with towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are 3 pack-n-plays and two high chairs.

The basement features a bedroom with a king sized bed. It also has two family style bedrooms both with king size beds and bunk beds, allowing young families to be together at night.

The main floor features two ensuite rooms, both with king sized beds and full bathrooms. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom adjacent to this room.
