Traditional stone house with pool and garden between Lacoste and Menerbes

It is built and furnished in a rustic Provencal style. An ideal holiday home for families with friends and children. There is a large pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 0.9 to 1.75 m), a pool house (shower and toilet) and several seats available on the extensive fenced-in terrain.

Right next to the entrance is a spacious terrace with seating. On the ground floor to the left of the hallway is the comfortable living room with old wooden beams (dining table, seating, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, open fireplace) and on the right the very well-equipped kitchen (bar table, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, Food processor, wok, raclette, deep fryer) and a small additional room (dishwasher, washing machine, combi fridge). The hallway leads to an air-conditioned bedroom (180 cm double bed) and to a tastefully designed bathroom (Italian shower, toilet). There is a small storage room under the stairs (steam iron, ironing board).

The 1st Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms (1st Bedroom: 160 cm double bed - 2nd Bedroom: 160 cm double bed and vanity - 3rd SZ: air-conditioned, three 90 cm wide beds, a double bed 160 cm, a cot), a shower and a separate toilet.

From the stairwell you can access the 2nd Upper floor, which consists of a light tower room (160 cm double bed).

The house is equipped with central heating. There are enough parking spaces for cars.
A brick grill is available next to the pool house. It is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pets.
