Superb, spacious, and renovated 54m² apartment located in a large, former family home where we have carefully preserved its original character. Ideally situated, close to all amenities and the La Rochelle/Royan-Oléron road, with a bus stop a 1-minute walk away providing access to the town center. Free parking at the rear of the house with two reinforced charging points for electric vehicles (reservation required, please bring a charging cable compatible with standard French plugs). This 3-star rated furnished tourist accommodation includes: ● A living room with a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for meal preparation, a double sofa bed (140/190), a dining table with 6 chairs, and a TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix (please bring your access codes). ● A separate bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and a wardrobe for your belongings. A desk area in the room for working. ● A bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, towel warmer, hairdryer, toilet, shower gel, and shampoo. ● A south-facing balcony. ■ Bed linen for the double bed and sofa bed, as well as towels, are available at an extra cost; prices vary depending on the number of people. Bath mats, dish towels, duvets, and pillows are provided. The accommodation must be left tidy and clean, but for the comfort of each guest, we systematically conduct a final check and more thorough cleaning at the end of each stay. You will arrive at your accommodation "3," located upstairs, via a shared entrance where the stairs are located. You will have the entire accommodation to yourselves for the duration of your stay. You can arrive and depart independently using the key box located next to the shared entrance door. Parking is available. Whenever possible, we can be there to welcome you from 4 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We can lend a travel cot upon reservation.
