Come stay in this beautiful home, situated in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from so many Tampa Bay attractions! It has a split floorplan with a large, comfortable living room, a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a queen size sleeper sofa, so there's space for everyone!

Take a swim in the screened-in, heated pool (83 degrees year-round) or spend some quality time in the large backyard around the gorgeous custom fire pit. Cook on the gas barbeque grill or roast some s'mores with special skewers made just for marshmallows!

This home is centrally located, close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and several beautiful parks. Not to mention 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, rated the #1 beach in the country!

House was clean and neat. Owner answered questions quickly and made us feel at home. Spacious for 5. Plenty of activities including spacious pool. Within walking distance of Phillies ballpark and lots of family friendly dining opportunities.

wonderful family vacay

place was in a good location. neighborhood walmart nearby as well as restaurants and not far from beach but far enough on the outskirts where it wasn't too chaotic. Pool was a perk. Really enjoyed our stay.

The clean 4 four bedroom home was prefectly located for all things we wanted to do in Clearwater

Ideal location, close to restaurants/beach. House was very spacious and clean. Loved the pool! Minor air problems but Venus was great to communicate with.

Host and house was amazing

Perfect communication the whole way through, beautiful and spacious house that gave us all the space to spread out. Beautiful pool and firepit. Beach and shopping easily accessible. 100% would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit Clearwater! Host was phenomenal in making sure we had everything we needed. We all really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait for another trip back to the area!!!

Very Nice Home in great quiet neighborhood. They were very helpful and helped us out beyond what they had to. the hole house was great. for the kids and the adults. I would highly recommend staying here. LOVE THIS HOUSE

2024 Summer Vacay

Could've used a more thorough cleaning but over all was good. Plenty of space(seating)and towels. Should add tvs to the other 2 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom needs a closet or some place to hang clothes and better lighting. Pool was great. Host was great, very responsive.

Great family gathering spot

This was an ideal property to host an extended family holiday gathering for 9 adults. Plenty of sleeping space and three bathrooms was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is in a convenient location, close to whatever you need. Venus was very helpful, reaching out ahead of our stay to welcome us and checking in with us after a couple of days. We had trouble getting the coffee maker to work properly, so Venus had a new one delivered to us at 10pm, ensuring the coffee drinkers in our group would get their caffeine fix! Venus also let us know ahead of time that a pool heater had just been installed, so a nice warm swim was a bonus we hadn't expected. This is a great rental option.

Not What We Expected

To Be Perfectly Honest Communication With The Owner Was Amazing. Unfortunately The Rental Was Very Dated and Dark. The Property Was Overgrown and The House Had Knats and Ants Throughout. I Was Extremely Disappointed. The Cabinets Were Filled With Discarded Items and Their Was Very Little Silverware and The Dishes Were Disgusting Before We Cleaned Everything.

Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the house. We have many 5-star reviews of this home and have hosted hundreds of guests with no issues. During your stay we addressed each issue you brought up to us, and I believe we took care of each in a timely manor. The things you list here were not mentioned to us. We would have happily taken care of anything you needed or wanted. I hope this didn't put a damper on your trip and wish you the best!

Great stay during Phillies Spring training! Walking distance to Baycare ballpark. Plenty of room for a big group. Heated enclosed pool and fire pit and backyard were great for the kids. Comfy beds, lots of seats for meals and hanging at the house. Many necessities already there such as hairdryer, soap, paper towels, etc. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Large home, plenty of room for our party. Just as listed! We were unable to enjoy the pool due to weather, but home was beautiful.
