Three large bedrooms are spread across this gorgeous home. On one end of the home, the master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the living area is another bedroom, with two queen beds and another full bathroom right across the hallway. On the opposite end of the home is the last bedroom, with a queen bed & two twin beds, connected to another full bathroom.

There are three full bathrooms in this house. The master bedroom ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The bathroom next to the bedroom with two queen beds has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The last bathroom, connected to the third bedroom, also has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen and dining area is loaded with walls of glass, creating lots of natural light & easy access to all the amenities in the backyard. The kitchen is modern and follows an open layout, with all new stainless steel appliances and a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Right next to the kitchen is the large dining area, with a huge dining table that can comfortably seat 10 below a fun, beachy neon sign & direct access to the back pool deck!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
