Côté Océan - VENSAC - Gîte

Located in the heart of the Médoc, 500 meters from the center of the village of Vensac, our Côté Océan cottage welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant environment. Ideally located less than 10 kilometers from the ocean, you can enjoy the proximity of ocean beaches bordered by wild dunes, take pleasant walks in the forest or, further afield, discover the riches of the Gironde estuary and the Médoc vineyards. Our cottage is housed in a new house and has a private and enclosed plot of 1000 m² with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, swing and trampoline. Entirely on one level, it consists of a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, three bedrooms equipped respectively with a 160x200 bed, two 90x190 beds, a 90x190 bed and a baby bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a garage with washing machine and dryer (possibility to park bicycles and motorcycles). The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a heat pump (reversible air conditioning) present in the living room only. Parking in the property. For a peaceful stay, sheets, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (paid service). Our animal friends are welcome under conditions: supplement of 10€/day/animal + additional deposit of 150€. Outdoor facilities currently being finalized. Restaurant located in a campsite 500 meters from the gîte, open to the public in July and August with entertainment twice a week. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
