We are delighted to welcome you to our studio.
This space has been fully optimised and designed for your well-being. We have taken particular care in the layout to create a cocooning, relaxing and soothing atmosphere.
A haven of peace at the gates of Lille
You are staying in Marcq-en-Barœul, a very beautiful medium-sized town that offers the perfect balance: all the advantages of a large city combined with the charm and serenity of a "large village" spirit.
Although you will enjoy the immediate proximity of all amenities (bakeries, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, cinema, and many shops), you will discover here a real cocoon where time seems to stand still. The place is so peaceful that you feel like you're in the countryside.
Right next to the accommodation, you can enjoy a small wooded square with a charming pontoon overlooking the Marque, our canalized river. Let yourself be lulled by nature: you wake up here to the gentle song of birds (Sparrows, Magpies, Finches... and even our famous Parakeets!). In the evening, the croaking of frogs or the cancan of ducks will accompany you to a restful night's sleep.
A word about our beautiful region
Contrary to urban belief, the weather is regularly very nice in our region! And if the sun ever hides a little, you'll discover that the Ch'tis never belie their reputation: here you will find particularly welcoming and caring people, always ready to put a smile on your face.
Accessibility and Safety
Despite this bucolic calm, you remain perfectly connected:
• Travel: Less than 10 minutes from the downtown and Lille train stations by car, or 20 minutes by public transportation.
• Parking: For your peace of mind, a closed and covered parking space is at your disposal. Your vehicle is thus sheltered and safe.
Softness in the open air & Equipment
To enjoy the sunny days, an outdoor area is reserved for you for your meals or breakfast. Inside, an equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, microwave, fridge, electric hob, etc.) is at your disposal. However, if you are missing any element, do not hesitate to let us know; we will do what is necessary quickly.

Because relaxation is above all about a restful sleep, we have selected for you a very high quality mattress for real sleeping comfort, offering exceptional support. To optimize your living space while guaranteeing absolute comfort, the studio has a top-of-the-range Murphy bed, easy to handle and offering a real hotel bed.
